Shakeel was a great help when we needed anything. The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes walk to get on
Pros:

The hotel was close to the Masjid AnNabi
Shakeel and his good nature, and always ready to help.

Cons:

Bathroom is a bit on the small side.
To compete with the bigger brands, could do with a revamp.
