Property is like 4-5 star

Cons:

Location is 800mtr from clock tower. Very good wifi, clean rooms and helpful staff. Helps that check out is upto 2pm so lots of time after zuhr. They also have nice affordable cafe downstairs, no frills, sandwiches cakes etc. The walk to the haram is downhill and very doable. However the walk back is uphill and steep. The bus frequency is not very good, only once an hour and late evening once every couple of hours. Taxi will charge a lot if you state Emaar elite as it requires a U-turn (20-30 riyal) but if you instead get dropped at the hotel across the street and across the roads yourself its 5-10 riyal.

Good rooms and praying facilities, close to the haram

Cons:

The bus service was very hit and miss and not frequent which made the walk back from the haram up a steep hill very difficult for kids and older adults
