فندق ممتاز لقضاء عده ايام في طيبه الطيبه بسبب قربه من الحرم النبوي .
Pros:

اشكر جميع العاملين في الفندق من الاستقبال والامن والخدمه علي تعاملهم الراقي .
اخص بالشكر الاخت علي الاستقبال والا ماجد الرشيدي في خدمه الامن لتعاملهم الراقي ومساعدتنا خلال اقامتنا في الفندق .
الغرفه كانت مناسبه و قياسيه لشخصين و مطله جزئيا علي الحرم.

Cons:

المواقف كانت محدوده ومدخل المواقف كان ضيق بسبب حجم سيارتي العائليه .

Within 2 minutes you enter the Haram Pak and visit few Mosques like masjid yamma...
Pros:

This hotel is very good location. When you come out of the hotel. It straight goes to the Gate No. 1 where you enter to Salam to Holy Prophet. Breakfast is very tasty and healthy. Everyday they were cleaning the room, Staff is very polite and humble. Very co operative especially Guest Relations Manager Bandar Al-Harbi. He looked after us and so humble man.

Cons:

There is nothing which i can say that i did not like it. Everything was great and it was great pleasure to in this hotel as it is very convenient for Each prayer and Hazri to Salam to Holy Prophet (PBUH).

Excellent Superb
Pros:

Great hotel. Well positioned easy to get to the Masjid. Staff were helpful. Specially Mr. Ehsan & Mr. Bandar Al-Harbi the public reactions manager was great he gave us a free upgrade to the Royal Suite and took care of everything....Will definitely go back again.
A beautiful hotel that made our stay special. We would like to thank the bellman Mr.Siddiq.
