O quarto é bom e limpo. O café da manhã é bom.
O atendimento é horrível e os funcionários são grosseiros. A água do rio invade a rua e foi preciso atravessar a água a pé para chegar ao quarto. O ar condicionado é extremamente barulhento e tive que desligá-lo e usar o ventilador, caso contrário seria impossível dormir. A devolução do caução não é na hora.

Like I said I was here for an award ceremony at work thing for Red Roof I achieved four Awards our hotels are the highest rated budget friendly in 2025 and 2026 highest increase over last year top manager of the Year and best all around facility in our area and region so it may travel very nice for me to be able to be right down the street I didn't want to stay at the Hilton I could have I chose to stay at your property and I had a great time and Maria was amazing and very accommodating and everybody there needs to know about her astounding customer service she goes above and beyond from booking all the way till the end please make sure your owner and your manager know she is a diamond in the rust we need to hang under if she isn't in a management training program she needs to be
The only thing that I can honestly say I don't like it's how the deposit was told me that it was going to be returned immediately and it didn't get returned And also How everything was bolted down to the ground I almost broke my neck And fell on the wires because it was so sunny you couldn't see him But I understand
I like where it’s located
They charge you for sheets being dirty so make sure u take your own sheets here … or they just tried to charge me for bringing my service dog in a sneaky way …
Can’t beat the location as it is close to the restaurants as well.
