Great view/noisy rooms
Pros:

I loved the ocean view and location! We got an ocean view room on the bottom floor. Highly recommend getting a room upstairs instead of bottom floor for multiple reasons!

Cons:

I didn't like that we could hear the people above us walking, talking and their toilet flush. The pipes for the toilet seem to go right down the wall by the bed. Very loud. We also could hear their sliding glass door open on close. So going to sleep at a decent hour wasn't really an option.

The staff was friendly and punctual.
Pros:

Access right to the beach and view of the beach!

Cons:

Limited to one car parking. Maybe have option to include one off site parking spot for one additional vehicle when multiple adults scheduled to stay.

All in all, it was a nice place to stay for the amount we paid.
Pros:

The view was gorgeous. Check in was easy. A nice bonus was free coffee in the office.
Well located, so nice to walk right out to the beach!

Cons:

The room was smaller than the picture online leads you to believe.
It was also not clean. Found chips under a chair cushion, dirt and food under the bed. It would be nice to have a swiffer in the room to clean up sand.
A vent in the bathroom would be nice. It's so small it steams up quickly.

I wish I got the room I was advertised .... The best part was the beach.

Let's start with A very small space, window in the bathroom broken , hair in the tub / on the wall
Poor drainage.
A/C OLD making a lot of noises and only cooling the kitchen and not the whole room.
Space did not meet expectations as advertised.

Superbe expérience
Pros:

Emplacement exceptionnel , service extraordinaire
Café le matin au lobby , sécuritaire , bien équipé pour se nourrir directement à la chambre .

Cons:

Les photos ne représentent pas totalement la verité, nous avions du tapis dans la chambre et le salon et ce n’était pas ce que la photo représentait .

I felt like families were not really welcomed. Not necessarily by the staff, but by the other guest.
Pros:

The staff was amazing.

Cons:

The room was not clean. There were mouse droppings all over the dishes, and in every cabinet you could tell that it hadn’t been cleaned.

Extremely disappointing.
Pros:

Location to the beach was perfect.

Cons:

Property is dated and needs renovation. A new bath shower unit had no grabars and you have to step down to get out of it. Spouse almost fell. Pretty tacky overall. You cane everything in the room above and LOUD train noises.

Spending my 54th birthday here was one of the most enjoyable birthdays in a long time 😎
Pros:

The view was incredible from my room and the bed was so comfortable! Very clean! Wonderful staff of people working there! Enjoyed from start to finish!
