سكنت في نفس الوحدة التي سكنتها في ديسمبر وكان فيها مجموعة من الأعطال و أبلغتهم بها الآن بعد خمس أشهر عدت و وجدت نفس الاعطال لم يتم اصلاحها !!! وعدوني بنقلي لوحدة ثانية لكن لم يفعلوا ؟؟؟؟؟

Poor customer service, with lack of basic aminities.
Pros:

The staff were and not nice.
Room was not clean, no towels and no basic amenities. Reception not responsive

Cons:

The room we requested was non smoking, they gave us the opposite and the reception staff were not welcoming.
Rooms had no towels and basic amenities

هذي المره أنزل في الفندق هذي المره يحتاج إصلاحات من نواحي كثيره التكيف خربان ومزعج الموكيت وسخ لدرجه انه يسود لك باطن القدم. السرير كان سابقا مريح اما لابد التغير. التدخين ريحه كريهه مع اني نزلت الطابق غير المدخنين حجزت غرفه 180.شفت الوضع غير مناسب رجعت أخذت غرفه وصاله بسعر أغلى 252 قلت تكون افضل وانظف نفس المشكله
لن أكرر الزياره مره ولا انصح فيه بهذا الوضع
