Pros:

The host communicated with us well before our arrival and was always very helpful. He kindly waited for us even though our bus was delayed, making our check-in smooth and stress-free. He also arranged amazing tours for us and gave us great recommendations. The breakfast was delicious, and the beautiful river view made our stay even more special. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality – we truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place!

Our stay was very comfortable and we had a great time!
Pros:

Staff were friendly and accommodating, very helpful and easy to contact at all hours. They helped us with a late night check-in, organising tours, and transport to the nearest train station. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hostel located in a very convenient location, quick walk to many shops and restaurants.

Unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal!
Mein Nachtbus ist ganz spontan 3h ehr abgefahren, so das ich um 2 Uhr nachts in Phong Nha ankam. Ich hatte das Hotel kontaktiert und sie haben mir direkt ein Zimmer fertig gemacht und ein Video mir geschickt, wie ich nachts in das Zimmer kommen konnte.
Es war sehr angenehm mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick beim Frühstücken auf den Fluss!

Cons:

Nichts, alles war sehr gut 😊

Las vistas desde el restaurante y que después del check out, nos dejaron ducharnos para coger el bus.

Las fotos del hotel no corresponden con la realidad. La habitación estaba muy sucia, el ultimo día no teníamos agua caliente por qué el termo se apagó, las sábanas tenían boquetes, la cama era de muelles y bastante dura, el mobiliario es bastante antiguo, había telaraña de hace bastante tiempo por toda la habitación,hay un colegio justo pegando al hotel y antes de las 8 de la mañana ya se escuchan los gritos de los niños.

Fantastico!
Pros:

Tutto fantastico! I proprietari ci hanno assistito fin prima di arrivare e avendo solo un giorno ci hanno organizzato un tour fantastico alla Paradise cave. Anche il giorno dopo ci hanno dato la possibilità di lavarci e rilassarci! Inoltre la vista è fantastica e le camere sono dotate di aria condizionata.

Pros:

Absolutely fantastic place. Staff so friendly and helpful. We originally booked one night ,but stayed for a second. Scenic views, rooms lovely and we would definitely recommend it.
