Pros:

Merci à Hung et sa charmante famille pour leur accueil, notre séjour a été super grâce à eux, la chambre nous a même été donné en avance et était très propre. Le cadre est magnifique et l’hôtel bien situé.

Nous avons réservé le bus pour Hoi An et les excursions avec eux c’était super.

Le propriétaire m'avait dit qu'il m'organiserait des tours, que je lui demande etc.... Mais il n'est jamais là. Il est là le soir vers 19h. Donc le reste du temps Bein je me suis débrouillé. C'est dommage

great stay near the river
Pros:

we really enjoyed our stay here. the rooms are spacious, the beds comfortable. there is a great view of the river. most of all: The hosts are very very friendly and helpful. they organise tours and rent scooter and bikes. highly reconmended

Superbe vue du restaurant mais aussi de la chambre ! Le homestay est à 5 minutes à pied du débarcadère pour visiter les grottes de Phong Nha et aussi du petit centre ville. Peu de circulation, c'est reposant !
Nous avons pris une excursion à la journée : grottes phong Nha et paradis, c'était très bien.

Cons:

Chambre petite et literie dure.

Decent but would benefit from some more work
Pros:

It was good price and a clean room. Staff was also very helpful and easy to reach, they also booked a cave tour for me. There is indeed a very nice view from the restaurant but not from the room I was in unfortunately.

Cons:

There was no light in the corridors at night. Mostly, the rooms would definitely use a bit of refurbishment as certain items appear old and scruffy. Saying that though, it was a cheap accommodation, I went there in September which is not peak season.
