Denize konumunu sevdik.
Eşyalar inanılmaz eskiydi, fiziksel yapı çok kötü, dolap,yatak çok eski tarihi eser gibi neredeyse, Televizyon 1990'lardan kalma.
Bir daha kalır mısın deseniz kalmam.

Location is good
Air-conditioning was working 24/7 without an option to switch it off. It didn't react to remote control, and a phone application could not identify the air-conditioner.
Windows can't be closed completely, so they are always partially open and I was woken up in the early morning when people started working outside.
Everything is so rusty so it can be broken easily.
All wooden furniture is in terrible conditions, and seems like it has never been repaired from the 80s-90s.

The toilet had no paper and the little hose was leaking. To use it made a mess everywhere, including the person trying to use it. The bed sheets were white so they seemed clean but had no top sheet so I felt like I was using a dirty blanket that others had slept with. The elevator was dirty and smelt bad.
The location is unbeatable; it's right across the street from the beach, where there is a swimming area. I had large beach-view windows and balcony. The front desk staff did try to accommodate all my requests, and were quite pleasant to deal with. The room was inexpensive. There's an area downstairs to store surfboards. Excellent food options are within short walking distance.
The building management does not put enough effort into repairs, There were many small things that were missing or broken, which would have been minor repairs. The beach-side rooms get a lot of noise from the street, I recommend sleeping with earplugs. It's an old building, so there are occasional insects
