Understaffed
Pros:

I think the butler's overworked and he is understaffed this area needs to improve because the butler behaved exhausted and frustrated He could not process without comment any shortfalls the customers experienced. I believe this is due to the hotel being understaffed for Butler and shuttle but mainly the butler is overworked throughout our stay there was only one butler handling every other customer please look in to this I think this butler was just frustrated because he is on his own doing such a lot.

Cons:

I didn't like that the butler was frustrated and when we experienced the shortcoming that we did it was way too much for him to tolerate so in spite of this offending us it made us feel guilty for making a mistake in mislaying our phone and a confusion with luggage pickup. These were all issues on our part but the frustration the butler had over our situation really put a damper on our stay

It is a great location for a family short getaway

Cons:

The building could have some benches in the court yard for guests to enjoy some peaceful sun as the rooms are extremely cold
