The rooms, hotel staff very friendly, it smells very nice in the corridors, comfortable bed, breakfast at the restaurant was nice, we had a coffee station with cookies, it was good
The smell of cigarette from the other room was disturbing, there was also a persistently crying baby, that was just unpleasant - the people striking outside made it hard for us to take pictures it was terrible to be there for a good time while people are upset about pay and demonstrating it

We had a enjoyable stay overall, largely thanks to the unbeatable location right inside the theme park, a real novelty, especially if you're visiting with family. The free WiFi was a great touch and worked well throughout the property.
A special mention must go to Thatho at the restaurant, who was an absolutely superb host — warm, attentive, and a genuine highlight of our stay.
Arriving and departing with luggage means walking through the theme park to reach the hotel reception, which is quite inconvenient — particularly with heavy bags and children in tow. On arrival, no one offered to assist, and the absence of elevators made navigating between floors a real challenge. To be fair, a kind gentleman did step in to help us with our bags on checkout day, which we appreciated.
It was disappointing to overhear some of the front desk staff making remarks about guests as they walked in. That kind of behaviour falls short of the professional, welcoming standard guests expect and deserve.
