Excellent location,
Good food although limited,
Staff of the 2 receptions very supportive.
Restaurant staff is not very supportive- many times we had to look for someone to assist us.

Cons:

Cleaning staff didn’t change toil that we left on the floor and used our charger without permission.

Cons:

Someone claiming to be security randomly knocks on the doors, even after 11 pm. If this was not security, it's a major failure from the hotel side.

Scolding water in the shower no matter which side the handle turned

Splendid
Pros:

The location is spectacular and very quite. We loved the excellet breakfast options. The room upgrade to executive room was amazing and we loved it so much as well as the special arrangements made.

Cons:

They can improve on the storage of warm food to reduce moisture build up especially with scrambled eggs.... this seems to be a case for most residences. My only problem with the room was that its bathroom suction vent did not work and the room was always filled with steam

Pros:

The room was spacious and comfortable. The food was also pretty good. The room had good lighting, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the service. I ordered food from the restaurant, but it took an unreasonably long time to arrive. After waiting for quite some time and trying to call a few times, I eventually had to go down to the restaurant myself to find out what had happened. The staff did not seem apologetic about the delay.

Communication was also lacking. Messages were not responded to promptly. Overall, the staff gave the impression that they were indifferent. I've generally had positive experiences at Radisson hotels, which made this stay even more disappointing.

Cons:

The reception staff during checkout, we were told that we were under charged and there was an issue with the parking ticket, which we paid for on arrival. We ended up being late for our meeting
