The Lab will be one of my top recommended accommodations to get away from the city to relax.
Pros:

The Lab was accommodating of an early Check-in to meet our special needs. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was stunning. It provided both securing and privacy.

Its a great venue but this time around i didnt like my room.

I am absolutely inlove with The Lab since my first stay and have always choosed them

Cons:

I didn't like the room that they gave me this time around especially since i am a returning guest. There is no privacy and i absolutely hated the Polyester feel of the bedding this time around. I literally had to get out of the room for my friend to take a shower. I was verry dissapointed.

Staff were great and good food but let down by the cleanliness of the room and outside decking
Pros:

Beautiful location and an opportunity to use a hot tub.

Cons:

We asked for the hot tub to be put on but the decking and surrounding areas were filthy. The sun longer cushions were also filthy. There were also ants all over the decking.

Staff making a noise outside my bedroom early morning. Breakfast was not up to standard. Omelette over cooked and packed far too full.
