Check in process was different than others. Alex helped us get processed through the phone. Ann finished getting us settled in once we arrived.

Charming, relaxing, and private. Donating a full length mirror on my next visit.
Pros:

Spacious rooms and common areas and unpretentious, historic charm

Cons:

Lack of functional mirrors. Room 6 where I stayed had three mirrors: 1) entry, 2) bathroom, and 3) bedroom. First was small, ~12” diameter, hung above shoulder level (I am 5’10”). The second was 2’ H X 3’ W, hung at level of ribcage (top of my head aligned with middle of mirror). Third was a tiny moveable 8” round magnifying mirror on the built-in vanity. Not only were the mirrors impractical for reflecting the face, it was impossible to see a full body reflection (what you need most on vacation).

Villa is incredible

We booked 2 rooms 1 was a villa which was great 2nd free “upgraded” room was not great

L’emplacement proche de la rue principale de Palm Spring.

Cons:

Accueil glacial, il faut envoyer un sms pour pouvoir entrer, pas de bonjour, chambre vétuste qui auraient besoin d’une grosse rénovation. 250 euros de dépôt de garantie encaissés (non indiqué sur booking). Il a fallut effectuer une réclamation pour être remboursés.
