Key system fails. Not able to enter your room at night.
Cons:

Emergency number doesnt work. We got locked out of our rom around 2 at night. Their electronic keys do not work 100% if the time. They do not support any alternatives in cases the system fails.

Meaning it is possible to not be able to enter your room outside their working hours as they are a staff-less hotel.

This is unacceptable. I would not book here until they have alternative solutions to their electronic key system.
Risk is too high that you cannot enter your own room at night and have access to your belongings.

Die zentrale Lage

Cons:

Die extrem steilen schrägen Treppen, sehr schwierig das Gepäck hoch zu tragen, Sturzgefahr nicht für körperlich eingeschränkte Menschen zu empfehlen. In der Dusche lagen Haare vom Vormieter, sehr staubig.

The painting decoration on wall was gone, tv was not hung to the ceiling anymore.

Really noisy and difficult to sleep

No water in bottle available

Extremely good stay, would recommend
Pros:

Location perfect,a few steps from the canals, restaurants & bars.
The young man doing housekeeping was very helpful & kept the place immaculate.
Lovely outdoor terrace with seating. Bathroom and whole place is very modern & well equipped.

Cons:

I had a problem finding the electrical outlets, discovered them under the very low bedside tables so all was good. Might be a good idea to explain where they are.

Ons verblijf van 2 nachtjes was prima!
Pros:

Midden in de binnenstad, goed bereikbaar vanaf station

Cons:

Alleen stopcontacten voor opladen mobieltjes e.d. alleen in badkamer. Bedlampjes doen het niet. Tv pakket zeer beperkt.
Schoonmaak wat beter.
