Fantastic location close to theatre
Pros:

Fantastic location by the cathedral & city .+ close to the theatre .
Comfortable bed . Nice bathroom . Handy fridge . Nice big tv with English channels .

Cons:

The steep 3 flight of stairs 🙈
The entry system - not keen on digital key etc , but we were given a physical key .

Pros:

Prima keyless hotel in het centrum van Utrecht. De kamer was ruim en sfeervol ingericht. Bed was groot en sliep heerlijk.
Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt dat geserveerd wordt bij Anna & Max, een paar honderd meter verderop.

Cons:

Er is niets tegengevallen. Het is wel wennen dat je helemaal geen personeel tegenkomt tijdens je verblijf.

Die Lange war super zentral. Ein schönes Konzept Store und Hotel zu verbinden. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Cons:

Leider hat es aber auch Nachteile, alles online zu regeln. Nämlich dann, wenn der Internet Empfang bescheiden ist. Das war bei uns der Fall und wir konnten nicht mehr ins Hotel. Zum Glück hatte der Store noch geöffnet und das Hotel wusste auch schon Bescheid. Trotzdem etwas umständlich.

Nice location, and the lady from the clothes store safe the day for us

Cons:

A problem with the online key occurred before our arrival. They didn't say anything to us until hours later. We arrived at the hotel in a rainy day. We could not access it until the lady next door came and helped us. The recommended phones didn't respond and never came back to us. After we get some card keys and eventually enter the room after 3-4 hours they cancelled our key and we needed a next one. Disappointed from how they deal with the situation. From 1500 until 1100 is almost half day. And we have to spend time and stressed about so many things

Pros:

Habitació molt acollidora. Tan sols s’ha de tenir en compte q les escales de l’edifici, com a tot Amsterdam, eren potser massa petites. Pero hi ha unes baranes segures per pujar-hi tranquil·lament.

Prima locatie maar gehorig en best aan de prijs voor een zolderkamer.
Pros:

de locatie en het bed was goed.

Cons:

Er was een koffiemachine maar slechts enkele koffiecupjes. De creamer was hard en uitgedroogd.
Niet heel belangrijk maar geen ontvangstprecentje zoals was aangekondigd.
We waren al vroeg wakker vanwege bouwwerkzaamheden pal onder ons raam.
De rolgordijnen zijn aan vervanging toe en zorgen niet voor optimale verduistering.
