A well‑located property with excellent breakfast, but with significant security issues
Pros:

I really enjoyed the breakfast, especially the scrambled eggs with cheese and bacon, which were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had. I also appreciated the friendliness of the restaurant staff, who were consistently welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The location is excellent as well, just a short walk from the city centre.

Cons:

I did not receive the access code for my room via email and had to ask the restaurant staff to let me in. Only after the stay I found the code in the messages on booking.com. When I entered the room, the air conditioning was running while the window was open, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned, with visible hair on the floor. The bedside lights were also excessively bright, making the room less comfortable in the evening.
The main issue, however, was security. On my second night, other guests were unable to find their room and were given a master code that also opened my door. This gave me the impression that access codes are not changed between stays and raised serious concerns about guest safety. Overall, I felt somewhat left on my own during check‑in, in contrast with the very kind restaurant staff.

Gute Lage, Zimmer/Badezimmer gross und gut eingerichtet

Cons:

Die angegebene Adresse stimmt nicht. Die korrekte Adresse um den Eingang zu finden ist nicht an der 2 Zupanciceva ulica sondern Tomsiceva Ulica. Die korrekte Angabe würde das Suchen vereinfachen.
Der PIN code 2020 ist nur bedingt richtig weil das Zeichen # fehlt. Auch hier wieder eine klare Information hilft das mehrmalige Versuchen.
In der Zimmerinformation steht zwar Untergeschoss, aber es steht nicht dass es kein Tageslicht gibt.
Die Fensterplissee/Lamelle im Zimmer 2 ist teils kaputt und schwierig zum öffnen/schliessen. Bestimmt schon seit einer Weile und wir von niemandem repariert.
Das Frühstück am Sonntagmorgen dauerte zu lange. Es war nur 1 Mitarbeiterin anwesend, die alles alleine machen musste und daher war die Wartezeit sehr lange, nicht ideal wenn man wenig Zeit hat und zum Bahnhof muss um den Zug zu erreichen. Es gibt auch kein Buffet wo man sich schnell selber bedienen könnte.

Gehorig. Veel lawaai van de straat. Met raam dicht beter, maar geen werkende ventilatie of auto.
Slecht geregeld ontbijt: restaurant was dicht dus geen ontbijt. Geen goede communicatie.

Emplacement ideal, decoration raffinee, chambre spacieuse

Cons:

Pas prévenus que tout se passe par messagerie. Aucun contact. Pas de lumiere dans la salle de bains, menage mal fait à notre arrivee, ( trouve un sac dans la penderie avec du pain rassis dedans) pas de menage pendant le sejour, la television ne marche pas, ou est trop compliquee a faire marcher, pas d instructions. Petit dejeuner au minimum au restaurant. Et personne au bout du fil. Elle ne repond ni au telephone ni par messagerie. Tres desagreable experience

Bed very comfy. The bathroom was a good size and very warm, which helped us dry out our clothes as we were out in big rain storms.

Cons:

The staff, which isn't located in site, should make it clear that you must fill out their online form before you arrive or you won't get your room code to get in.

Hyvä sijainti. Pääsin aikaisemmin huoneeseeni. Henkilökunta kantoi matkalaukkuni huoneeseen. Avulias ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Saamani koodi kävi hotelliin sisäänpääsyyn ja huoneeseen. Koodi toimi ja oli kätevä, joten ei tarvinnut avainten kanssa pelata. Sänky oli iso ja mukava.

Cons:

Suihkun lämmin vesi ei kestänyt kovin kauaa, mutta sitä pidennettyä aina hetken vääntämällä hanasta. Aamiaisella oli kolme vaihtoehtoa (kokeilin kahta: pekoni munilla ja kreikkalainen jogurtti granolalla, jotka olivat hyviä) eli aika niukka, mutta riitti vähäksi aikaa. Aikainen uloskirjaus (klo:10). Hotellin henkilökunta ei vastannut viesteihini viikkoa ennen matkaa, mutta lopulta asiat selvisivät. Yksi valo pätki, joten jouduin irrottamaan sen tullessani huoneeseeni.

Mala terasica koja je došla sa sobom je bila puna lišća i neuredna. Nije se na njoj moglo sjediti jer su stolica i stol bili šporki. Također (s obzirom da je soba na -1 levelu) iznad terase su bili dijelatnici hotela i uzimali pauze za zapaliti duhan, točno poviše terasice.

Idéalement situé dans le centre à 15 min à pied de la gare et proches des principaux points d intérêts.
Très bon rapport qualité / prix et literie confortable.
Le restaurant et sa terrasse sont agréables et au calme.

Cons:

Le moins agréable est d être en sous sol et de n’avoir aucune vue extérieure.
Logement autonome via boîte à clé aucun accueil ni nettoyage tous les jours.
