Hard to find entrance and no elevator
Pros:

Budget friendly
Free parking

Cons:

Hard to find the location, i walked all around the building till i found very long narrow stairs to the hotel entrance. Some people i found looking for entrance too the next day. There is no elevator so its ok for just one night stay with small luggage.
