Zeer ruime lichtrijke kamer in een heel rustige buurt dicht bij het stadscentrum. Heel vriendelijke en attente gastheer.

Cons:

Ruime kamer maar de graad van afwerking was eerder beperkt. Het was een lekker maar typisch basic Nederlands ontbijt.

Fantastic people - fantastic sleep - fantastic shower - fantastic breakfast. What a treat!
Pros:

The operators of this location clearly care about making their guests comfortable during all phases of their stay - prior to checking in communication was to the point and invariably swift - inimitably Dutch. From the first moment of being in Orion's space, I understood the expectations and my privileges. Friendly and clear. At every point of interaction with staff or the property my expectations were either met or - much more often - exceeded completely. Rooms are small by American standards... but American standards are ridiculous. A room is a sanctuary, not the reason for being somewhere. It gives some spice, but mostly a warm welcome. And in this light, Hotel Orion is 100% THE place to stay near Rotterdam Centraal in this individual's opinion. If there's availability, it'll be my choice.

Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Eine familiäre, atmosphärische Unterkunft, ruhig und doch recht zentral gelegen - ich habe spontan eine Nacht verlängert, auch wegen des leckeren Frühstücks. Auch Rotterdam ist als Städtetrip mit Strandnähe sehr zu empfehlen

Ontspannen plek na een lange dag en een oase aan het eind van het universum.
Pros:

Het meest beviel me de zorg van de eigenaren: ik kon kosteloos in een grotere kamer verblijven en het bijkomstige ontbijt was een prima start van de dag. Extra noot daarbij is de goede staat van de kamers die met aandacht zijn aangekleed met prima voorzieningen.

Cons:

Tikkeltje rumoerig en scheve vloeren. Beiden niks eigenaardigs voor een oud pand in Delfshaven.

No elevator, but that is to be expected when staying in a historic area. However, Marco carried our bags up and down the stairs.
