Clean and pleasant, but not very comfortable temperature-wise.

Generally a nice, attractive facility and well-appointed rooms, with the exceptions noted below.

Cons:

My room was cold, and there was no way to adjust the temp. I didn't realize until the next morning, when I saw the closed window shade moving a little bit, that my window had been open all night! It wouldn't close all the way when I tried. The other room where my grandson and his wife stayed was hot all night, they said. They found a tower fan but it didn't work. Then they found a portable heater with a fan-only setting, so they used that to help stay cool. I didn't see a portable heater in my room, but I surely could have used one! -- There was no staff on-site. They texted me with a door entry code and info about where the room keys were. That was fine, but there was no one on-site to help with the issues described above.

Interesting experience, mostly good!
Pros:

Simplified check-in but definitely not in person.
Clean, modern, ample size.
Kitchenette. Closet. Small balcony. Reserved parking.
Near most town amenities.

Cons:

Usage of wording "hotel" is misleading. This is a room in a small apartment building; there is no common area, no personnel onsite.
In summer when windows need to be open for cooling, outside noise can be disruptive.

Cons:

The website advertised a 3 star hotel with amazing views. We were put in a basement room with NO views at all. Additionally, there was absolutely no service & the bed was very old & uncomfortable
