Good communication and accommodation
The hotel is located outside of town and has a lot of parking in an open lot. I was concerned about my motorcycle but they let me park it right in front of the entrance with no problem. There are multiple lifts to the rooms. The room itself was huge. The AC worked great. There were robes and slippers for use. The water pressure was good as were the towels. There was a balcony with furniture (for smokers?) overlooking some sports activities. The restaurant downstairs was open for dinner which was nice, either buffet or ala carte. The water pressure was good and the hotel was very quiet and relaxing.
I didn’t check out the swimming pool, as I walked over there I could smell cigarette smoke so I veered off. The pool seemed to be in the shadow of a few building being erected on the lakeside of the hotel, which is a bummer, as I think it blocks the view for hotel guests. It seems that it would be a close walk to the lake and you’d get to walk along there to get to the old town, in about 20 min.

Le spa .on n a pas pu profiter a cause des enfants qui ouvraient les portes du sauna et hammam..le cirque dans le jacuzzi... malgré les remarques de notre part et du personnel car le règlement le l hôtel accepte les enfants même les tous petits, c'est dommage tout reste était parfait !
