The tv did not work properly, unfortunatelly.
We got instant room upgrade. One of the biggest room we ever stayed in. Staff is very helpful and kind. Breakfast was with great choices. We saw outdoor pool, but did not use it. Great parking.

- Nice breakfast. Misisng informative labels for what is what for some of the options.
- Nice spa facilities and a big outdoor swimming pool.
- Very spacious rooms. Maybe the biggest room I have ever seen in a hotel!
- Nice large parking area.
- WiFi didn't work properly, very very bad connection in many places.
- Staff was not very friendly in the reception. Sometimes it felt like they were a bit avoidant and direct/bold with answering our questions.
- The carpets and the couches in the rooms had stains on them which shouldn't be the case in a 5-star hotel.
- It feels like it is quite expensive for what is being offered when you stay here.

Chambre très spacieuse et agréable. L’hôtel dispose également d’une belle piscine extérieure, assez profonde, ainsi que d’une petite salle de fitness fonctionnelle et suffisante pour s’entraîner pendant le séjour.
Le petit-déjeuner est assez médiocre, avec peu de choix et une qualité décevante.
Le spa laisse également à désirer : le jacuzzi n’est pas suffisamment chaud et, à l’inverse, le bain froid ne l’est pas vraiment.
L’hôtel est un peu éloigné du centre-ville : il faut compter environ 25 minutes de marche en longeant le lac.
Autre gros point négatif : d’importants travaux sont en cours juste en face de l’hôtel, avec la construction de nouveaux bâtiments qui gâchent considérablement la vue sur le lac. Nous avons été déçus que cela ne soit pas clairement signalé sur Booking au moment de la réservation.
Enfin, nous n’avons malheureusement pas trouvé le personnel particulièrement accueillant ni sympathique.
Large rooms & location.
Dimitar in the spa is a comic genius without realising it 😃
Dirty tiles & overflow drains around the swimming pool & baby/toddlers’ pool. Reported 3 times to the manager & TUI Rep with nothing done.
Pool all at the same depth so all deep & no shallow end. No good for young children & parents teaching their children to swim.
Children’s pool is only knee deep.
Room cleaning was hit & miss.
Air con never turned on in gym before your workout
E' quasi tutto eccezionale, la colazione internazionale veramente superlativa. Location ancora molto vicina al centro rispetto ad altri resort dello stesso calibro, soli 20 minuti a piedi dal centro.
La vista è completamente rovinata dai cantieri tra l'hotel ed il lago, non sarà più così Unique anche quando saranno conclusi.

Location facilities were fantastic
A delicious breakfast, a spacious room, and a comfortable bed and pillows. I really got to relax and had a good night’s sleep after a long journey. You can also use the spa, which is included in the stay. There are four different saunas, a small cool pool, and two heated stone loungers.
I really appreciated that they brought the menu to my room so quickly, and I could order food directly to the room.
The pool is closed for maintenance after 7 p.m., so if you arrive in the evening, there is no opportunity to swim. It’s not a big issue, but after a long journey, it would have been nice to cool off in the pool.
A few small things could be improved in the spa area. The floor was quite wet, so guests had to be careful when walking around to avoid slipping.
Also, in the Finnish sauna, it would be nice to remind guests to sit on towels rather than directly on the wooden benches. This would be more hygienic and help keep the sauna cleaner for everyone.
