Pros:

The location and the big rooms. The air conditioning is very decent. Better than in some Western European countries.

Cons:

The main pool’s water is cold. And not friendly for kids despite having a toddlers pool. Not enough greenery around the pool.

Great staff, swimming pool, very nice and big rooms

Cons:

Honestly disappointing breakfast that doesn't change at all, with middle to low quality ingredients. Our AC inside the room wasn't working, luckily amazing Ohrid's weather and big rooms were enough not to be annoyed by it. There were also very loud guests we complained about, but it looked like hotel management were unable to interfere and help us out

Hotel para descansar y visitar Ohrid sin el ruido del centro.
Pros:

Desayuno muy completo y variado. Piscina ideal y facil aparcamiento. Habitacion enorme

Stay closer to main strip and skip this hotel. Utterly awful in every way.
Pros:

Nothing really. It was off the main strip, but you could walk to lake so maybe that. But other than that the place was pretty awful.

Cons:

Pink mold all over the shower was disgusting. Long black hairs on the floor. Stained sofa and rugs. The lighting was depressing in the room and in the hotel. Nothing inviting about the place. The pool was depressing and small. It’s essentially in a car park. The halls and lobby are on timer lights that go off while you’re still there which scared me. Our room was so gross and the mattress cardboard that I was unable to sleep at all. Staff not at all friendly. Safe went off for ages making some weird alarm that finally stopped. Just not at ALL the 4 stars they claim. Not even for Macedonia.

Udany, ale mogło być lepiej, bo detale mają znaczenie.
Pros:

Hotel jest bardzo czysty i wygląda jak nowy. Pokój był przestronny i czysty. Śniadania zróżnicowane i smaczne. Lokalizacja nam się bardzo podobała, bo jest położony trochę na uboczu, dzięki czemu jest tu już spokojniej i cicho, ale jednocześnie wszędzie można dojść spacerem w maksymalnie 30 minut.

Cons:

Było zaskakująco dużo niedociągnięć, które trochę zmniejszały komfort pobytu jak na hotel tej klasy i w tej cenie. Bardzo słabe WiFi, bardzo niski prysznic (musiałem uginać kolana żeby być w stanie zmoczyć głowę, a mam 190 cm wzrostu), czy bardzo małe szlafroki (nawet w szlafroku XL rękawy sięgały ledwo za łokcie, a materiał nie sięgał nawet do kolan). Najważniejszym minusem były jednak zbyt wąskie zasłony, które nie wystarczały żeby zasłonić okno w pokoju. Po maksymalnym rozsunięciu zostawała jeszcze ok. metrowa przerwa, przez którą każdego dnia o 5:00 wpadało słońce robiąc nam pobudkę. Po zwróceniu uwagi na recepcji usłyszeliśmy, że może coś się da zrobić, a może nie. Po sprzątaniu okazało się, że Panie ponaciągały do granic możliwości zasłony i spięły wsuwkami do włosów, co nie rozwiązało sytuacji, bo i tak z boków światło wpadało do pokoju, a jednocześnie już z kolei nie dało się odsłonić okien.

I liked the room in general.

Cons:

A didn't like the availability of the facilities.
I think that the pool should be working more than 8 hours during summer.
Also, there should be more sunbeds. 40 sunbeds is far from enough for 300 guest capacity.

The pool bar was with very low service.
Coffees served in paper cups, coctails in plastic cups, beer and soda straight from the can. Honestly, I wasn't expecting this for 200euros per night.
