Excelente atención, todo muy limpio y todas las comodidades.
Pros:

Estuvo todo excelente, puse menos puntuación en ubicación porque tengo problemas de columna y se me hacía lejos llegar al spa termal caminando.

Me gustó el ambiente,la paz y armonía que brinda el hotel.iy atento el personal y servicial también.

Cons:

Los últimos 2 días el agua de la piscina climatizada estaba de fresca a fría. Notifiqué dos veces y siguió igual,por consiguiente no la usé por miedo a enfermar.
