Pros:

Great location and buffet breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to leave a bag with the hotel for an extended time while I was hiking without any issues

For airport pick ups, The drivers were extremely rude.

Cons:

I didn’t like the fact that the company offers airport pick up. I booked for my wife, her flight was delayed. The taxi driver was extremely angry and spoke really rudely for having to wait even-though the hotel themselves contacted me for pick up… i even updated them about the delay. Booking.com also took my card details but the manager said they cant charge me. But booking.com nor the manager said i need to pay at the property l, what if i didnt have any cash? I use apple pay most the time and at the time I didn’t have much cash. Communication can he better to avoid dissatisfaction.

the best hotel in Thamel area. must visit this hotel. the staff are all friendly. world class services in a affordable prize. near to all restaurant and shops. i stay here for 10days and never change any hotel because this hotel is the best in KATHMANDU
