Cons:

There was barely any water coming out of the shower head and it was not very warm water so I was ”cold” having a shower. The room was also very cold

Pros:

Close to Queensgate mall. Free parking.

Cons:

Standard double room-very small! Toilet didn't flush properly. TV reception was pixilated. Coffee never refilled. Restaurant closed. Would not stay again.

Was close to Queensgate.

Cons:

Old and in need of an upgrade. Cold rooms, poor condition. Cost per night probably twice what’s reasonable for room size and condition.

Riddiford stay
Pros:

The room & bathroom were very neat, tidy & clean. The decor is a bit dated.
The hotel was so close to the wedding venue we attended it was so easy to walk. There is a heap of parking for guests.
The lady on reception was very nice & obliging, nothing was to much trouble but sadly a wee bit hard to understand

Cons:

It would've been handy to have been able to close the heavy curtains to shut out the street lights.
We had 3 pillows but 4 would've been good.
The amount of complimentary tea, coffee, sugar & milk was a bit on the stingy side, a few more sachets & milk would be nice.
