Room basic as expected for the price. but spotlessly clean, management friendly and helpful.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and the management staff were pleasant and helpful.
The venue was literally a two minute walk to the Conference venue which was exactly as expected. Easy to navigate :)

Cons:

I was disappointed that the restaurant that was advertised on the website and on Booking.com was permanently closed. I arrived later than expected after a delayed flight from Auckland, it was dark, I was unfamiliar with the Hutt and was not comfortable looking for somewhere to eat on my own. So I had no dinner. I also set off for Conference unsure if I could get breakfast anywhere. Luckily I could at the venue.
Also I had issues with my door lock but teh next day teh manager had fixed it for me.

It was a bed, clean and warm!
Pros:

Great location, close to Queensmart mall.

Cons:

Lacked facilities, no plates or bowls or cutlery. Had to buy disposable ones. Simple things like a mirror in the bedroom so you could get ready while someone was in the bathroom. Disappointed with what we paid and what we got! Very dated, place had a funny smell! Shower leaked! But we made do.

Perfect place to lay your head for the night. Walkable to dinner. The staff were wonderful!
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful. It is an older property, but that is reflected in the price. Could not be faulted for cleanliness. If there were any issues I am sure the staff would have helped. They were amazing.

Cons:

Could not have been better. An older property, but not untidy or unclean.

very close to the event centre and shopping centre

Cons:

There was barely any water coming out of the shower head and it was not very warm water so I was ”cold” having a shower. The room was also very cold

Pros:

Close to Queensgate mall. Free parking.

Cons:

Standard double room-very small! Toilet didn't flush properly. TV reception was pixilated. Coffee never refilled. Restaurant closed. Would not stay again.
