Escaliers raides pour atteindre le 2iem étage avec sacs et valises.

El alojamiento se encuentra al lado de un bar con música alta y en vivo hasta las 3 de la mañana la mayoría de los días (inicialmente nos dijeron que eran solo los fines de semana pero luego constatamos que no). Desde la habitación, se escuchaba muchísimo y dificultaba dormir

Infelizmente, o hotel precisa melhorar muito. Claramente a equipe que estava responsável pelo hotel era composta por 2 ou 3 pessoas. O quarto é frio, com isolamento térmico precário. Outro problema é o isolamento acústico, do quarto ouve-se todo ruído externo, inclusive da rua. A porta do quarto tem uma parte de vidro na parte superior e a luz do corredor clarea todo o quarto atrapalhando o conforto. Enfim, muitos problemas

Hotel przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy, której gwar słychac całą noc oraz muzyke z okolicznych barów. Wi-fi bardzo słabe plus wyłączane w w srodku dnia, w zależności od widzimisię osoby na dyżurze w recepcji, podobnie z ciepłą woda, którą właczali głownie wieczorem. Śniadania słabe, codziennie te same, malusienka jajecznica, bułki zadnych warzyw, 1raz byl arbuz. Kawa okropna, podgrzewana w mikrofalowce w malutkim kubeczku. W pokoju żadnej szafy, nawet nie było gdzie rzeczy wyłozyć.

It was extremely noisy. Even though we weren't facing the street, there is a bar nearby which is SO loud that kept us up and/or woke us up throughout the night. The music didn't stop at all, even on week days.
It is true that the booking confirms there is a 5% extra fee for paying with a card vs cash, but we got charged 15% - I am extremely disappointed and enraged by this. So beware of this if you choose to stay here. This alone is reason enough for me never to return here.
They told me they were going to put me down as a no show because I changed the dates of my stay causing the room to be unoccupied' for the final 3 days of my original stay, which seems extremely odd given that my request to change the dates was approved. I was not thrilled with this as it made no sense. Another reason I won't be returning as they made us feel extremely uncomfortable with this.
One of the nights the shower was not getting warm so I couldn't shower and my partner took a lukewarm shower.
They do not provide a bath matt so the first night the whole bathroom got wet. We requested more towels so we managed.
Toiletries provided
are minimal even though it is a 3 star hotel (we have gotten nice toiletries elsewhere in Cusco at 3 star hotels).

Głośna muzyka w nocy z sąsiednich lokali. Za mało personelu do obsługi recepcji, kuchni, sprzątania. Nieznajomość podstaw angielskiego .

Hałas, niewystarczająca ilość obsługi do zadań w hotelu. Jedna Pani jest na recepcji jednocześnie robiąc śniadanie dla gości, otwierając drzwi gdy ktoś dzwoni bo hotel jest zamknięty itd itp. Wszystko trwa wieki a człowiek zamiast jak gosc czuje sie jak więzień. Śniadanie jest okropne a w łazience jest grzyb na ścianach.

Pokoje nie są sprzątane w trakcie dłuższego pobytu. Dużym minusem jest mała liczba obsługi - 1 pani od wszystkiego (otwiera hotelowe drzwi, podaje śniadania gościom, sprząta hotel). Hotel powinien zwiększyć liczbę personalu. Na śniadaniu o wszystko trzeba było się upominać.

Faltou um tapete na saída do chuveiro e um frigobar.

Acho que só a questão dos quartos terem ficados em andares diferentes.
