Gute Lage nahe Estacion San Pedro (Zug nach Machu Picchu) und dennoch zentrumsnah.
Pros:

Gute Lage, gute & zweckmäßige Ausstattung, freundliche & hilfsbereite Leute.
Heiße Dusche vorhanden: Das ist im abendlich mitunter kalten Cusco sehr angenehm.

Un séjour trop rapide pour profiter de Cusco. Hôtel très bien placé .

Bonne literie. Douche avec une très bonne pression et de l'eau bien chaude.
Petit déjeuner bien fourni salé et sucré.

Cons:

Escaliers raides pour atteindre le 2iem étage avec sacs et valises.

Emplacement parfait. Le déjeuner est excellent. Le service est exceptionnel. Nous avons eu un problème de confusion avec un taxi pour notre départ et ils ont tout fait pour régler la situation. Merci beaucoup à vous.

Very comfortable hotel in a great location. Super friendly staff!
Pros:

This was my favorite hotel in Cusco. Everything was comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast was simple but freshly prepared and very tasty. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful! Great location to walk around town.

Los empleados del hotel siempre muy atentos y cordiales. No hay secador de pelo en las habitaciones pero tienen disponible en recepción. Cuando se quemaron todos los secadores, consiguieron nuevos

El alojamiento se encuentra al lado de un bar con música alta y en vivo hasta las 3 de la mañana la mayoría de los días (inicialmente nos dijeron que eran solo los fines de semana pero luego constatamos que no). Desde la habitación, se escuchaba muchísimo y dificultaba dormir

Pros:

O principal ponto a destacar é a localização.

Cons:

Infelizmente, o hotel precisa melhorar muito. Claramente a equipe que estava responsável pelo hotel era composta por 2 ou 3 pessoas. O quarto é frio, com isolamento térmico precário. Outro problema é o isolamento acústico, do quarto ouve-se todo ruído externo, inclusive da rua. A porta do quarto tem uma parte de vidro na parte superior e a luz do corredor clarea todo o quarto atrapalhando o conforto. Enfim, muitos problemas
