Gemütliches, nettes Gästehaus mit top Frühstück!
Pros:

Sehr nettes Gästehaus, gemütlich, perfekter Ort zum Ausruhen nach der Hitze. Zimmer sehr geräumig und sauber. Unsrer Gastgeber hat super Tipps gegeben und uns spontan zum Bahnhof gefahren, nachdem kein Yandextaxi zu bekommen war. Lunchbox gab es auch. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un albergo molto carino a conduzione famigliare con una posizione fantastica nel cuore di Khiva a pochi minuti di qualsiasi attrazione turistica
. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e cercano di soddisfare ogni necessità. Una ricca colazione all'orario richiesto.

床鋪舒適，房東非常親切，我的房間還有陽台可以看到古城，距離南門很近，晚上可以在陽台放空吹晚風，早餐非常豐富，浴室水量充足，雖然有點味道但可以忍受，有飲水機

Cons:

二樓木頭地板跟浴室的白色浴缸，踩起來都很像隨時會踩破的感覺

La amabilidad, la calidez, la ubicación, la limpieza del hotel. La flexibilidad de Siyovush es espectacular. Gracias a sus consejos y a su acogimiento hemos pasado una estancia maravillosa en Khiva. Wonderful stay 🙂
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at Kiva Siyovush Hotel in Khiva last June. The host, Siyovush, was incredibly kind and super helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was one of the best I had in a guesthouse in Central Asia — everything was fresh and deliciously prepared. The room was spacious, comfortable, and the location was superb, making it easy to explore Khiva. Highly recommended!

Could be more light in the room.
