Prima voor 1 nacht.
Pros:

Locatie is top. Midden in de haven, maar wel rustig bij het hotel. Zwembad was mooi. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon en ligging zwembad.
Personeel heel vriendelijk.

Cons:

Comfort van de bedden, keihard matras. Helaas.
Kamers op zich prima verder. Wel wat achterstallig mbt onderhoud.

Prijs en kwaliteit is niet in verhouding mbt het comfort van de bedden.

Petite déception mais passable pour 2-3 nuits
Pros:

L’emplacement est exceptionnel. 50 mètres du port et il donne des deux côtés de la plage. Fruits au petit déjeuner exceptionnels.

Cons:

Malheureusement plusieurs choses et j’aurais dû me fier aux commentaires avant de réserver. J’ai très peu dormi car matelas durs comme de la pierre! Et pourtant je ne suis pas compliqué à ce niveau! Comment c’est possible de mettre des matelas pareil. C’est comme dormir sur le carrelage! L’hôtel et beaucoup trop humide mais je crois que c’est toute l’île qui est comme ça. L’eau salée c’est très désagréable. Surtout pour laver les dents. Du coup on avait une bouteille à côté mais des fois on se fait quand même avoir 😅. Buffet chaud du petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel car les choses sont préparées trop à l’avance et on voit que ça trop traîné et c’est comme mangé du réchauffé de la veille! C’est tout fripé et pas appétissant. Pour le prix je m’attendais à mieux malheureusement

Good option for convenience overnight on Phi Phi
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and we loved the takeaway breakfast box they provided for us because we had a longboat tour during breakfast time. The pad thai was amazing!

Also it’s right near the harbour and all the restaurants and shops which is convenient.

Cons:

The beds were super hard 🥲

The shower sprayed everywhere on the floor and the water felt a bit weird but I think that’s normal for Phi Phi.

Good location, uncomfortable room.
Pros:

Hotel was really well situated and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately the room advertised a.double deluxe room with a double and a single bed. It was two single beds that were very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. Clearly not as advertised.

Tesisin konumu çok güzeldi marketlere, restoranlara ve sahile çok yakındı.

Cons:

Tesisin musluğundan tuzlu su akıyor banyo yaparken ya da sabah yüzünüzü yıkarken tuzlu suyla yıkamak pek hoş olmuyor açıkçası. Onun dışında kahvaltısı fena değil ancak biz Türklere çok uygun şeyler olmadığını düşünüyorum en azından meyveler vs denediklerimiz lezzetsizdi.

We had a good stay overall, I just think the hotel should upgrade.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is excellent and the swimming pool was also very nice.

Cons:

The beds were very hard with only one pillow per bed. Only one towel per person in room. Breakfast area is extremely hot with no air conditioning and limited breakfast options.

Pros:

Views were lovely. We were at the beach front. The location is also great, close to ferries and restaurants. The breakfast was lovely as well. The staff are super helpful as well, always ready to assist and answer questions.

Cons:

The bed was super hard, that made very difficult to sleep. The window to our room was see through so we could never open our curtains. The first our shower head fell off and it although reported, it wasn’t fixed for two more days.

Missvisande kring bilderna. Skitig pool med lösa Elkabelar samt smutsig miljö allmänt. Rekommenderar att ta ett annat hotell absolut inte värt pengarna.
