Pros:

The resort itself is beautiful, with lovely surroundings, a peaceful location and a relaxing natural environment. It is a nice place for travellers who are looking for complete peace and quiet, away from busy tourist areas.

The lady at the reception was polite and friendly during our departure, which we appreciated. Management also responded professionally to our feedback afterwards and offered an apology.

Cons:

Although the resort is beautiful, we felt that it lacked atmosphere, warmth and genuine hospitality. There was no background music by the pool, no lively bar atmosphere, happy hour or other activities to create an enjoyable holiday feeling. The resort felt rather isolated and quiet. A little more attention to atmosphere would make a big difference.

Breakfast was disappointing. There was very little variety, food was left uncovered with flies landing on it, and yoghurt and juices were not kept refrigerated. The coffee and tea were also lukewarm. Food hygiene and quality definitely need improvement.

Unfortunately, the service during checkout was another disappointment. We had requested a 7-seater vehicle for our family of four and our luggage, and I acknowledge that this was our own request. However, the resort knew we were travelling as a family and could have asked about our luggage beforehand.

What disappointed us most was the attitude of the gentleman assisting us. He came across as unfriendly and dismissive, focusing mainly on additional charges rather than helping us find a practical solution. He did not even say goodbye or wish us a pleasant journey when we left.

We had previously stayed at another hotel where the staff proactively arranged a larger vehicle after noticing that our luggage would not fit comfortably. This showed us the difference that thoughtful hospitality can make.

Overall, this resort has potential, but improvements are needed in breakfast hygiene, service, guest communication and atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings alone do not create a memorable guest experience.

Nice but it could be improved to make a better guest experience
Pros:

We stayed in the Royal room, it was nice and spacious. The pool was clean and it was nice lounging around on the day beds during the day.

Cons:

Although the staff were nice they could be more attentive and things could be improved. Some staff were on their phone on speaker in the dining room while we were having dinner.
Cocktails were nice however they weren’t very knowledgeable on the actual cocktails we ordered.
Bikes are free to hire but it would’ve been nice to be shown a map or what was close by and things to do around the area.

Overordnet set stadig en rigtig dejlig hotel oplevelse. Med små justeringer kunne det være fantasisk

Smukke værelser og smuk pool-område!

Cons:

Træningsrummet trænger til en opgradering!
Og morgenmaden var ikke særlig spændende.

Slutteligt så blev al vores badetøj helt grønt af at være i vandet, så det har vi måtte smide ud.

Phòng sạch sẽ

Cons:

Trải nghiệm cực kỳ tệ về chỗ nghỉ. Đặt hẳn 6 phòng nhưng đang ngồi ở bể bơi thì bảo vệ tắt điện phụp 1 cái. Với lý do 10h rồi ko được bật điện, xong ko cho ngồi nữa. Di chuyển ra khu khác ngồi thì cứ thỉnh thoảng bảo vệ đi ra đi vào lùa ko cho ngồi lâu hơn nữa.

Bỏ tiền ra để đi nghỉ nhưng như đi ở nhờ. Ở hẳn resort nhưng đúng 10h phải đi ngủ như giờ giới nghiêm.

Chỗ để xe ô tô thật sự trông rất chán.để ngoài trời và chỉ có mái che trông rấy lụp xụp

Nhân viên lễ tân và các cô phục vụ bếp thì rất ok.

Sehr schönes Resort mit einem wunderschönen Pool. Die Lage ist perfekt für den Besuch der Pagode und auch der Nationalpark ist mit dem Roller gut zu erreichen. Frühstück war auch sehr gut

Pros:

The family villa was very comfortable with a large table to all sit at, three comfortable bedrooms and a lounge. The pool was great and so pretty lit up at night. The staff were all so friendly and even organised an anniversary cake for us. The free bikes were great and we had lots of fun riding around. The grounds were beautifully kept and buffet breakfast and free afternoon tea excellent.

Perfektní - doporučuji!
Pros:

Všechno bylo skvělé. Hotel byl čistý a krásný obsluha byla milá vše bez problémů. Drinky byly vynikající!

Cons:

Na booking je uvedena špatná adresa (konkrétně ulice) což nám lehce zkomplikovalo cestu na ubytování :)

Pros:

Es wurde jeden Morgen zum Frühstück frische Pho zubereitet. Insgesamt war das Frühstück aber eher dünn für 4 Sterne

Cons:

- bis spät abends (nach 22 Uhr) war laute Musik aus dem Restaurant bis in die Zimmer weiter hinten zu hören.
- an der Rezeption wurde von Service noch nie was gehört. Es gab 30 Minuten für Late Check-out, obwohl das Hotel fast komplett leer war. Auf Nachfrage ob man die Dusche im Spa am Nachmittag nochmal nutzen kann, wurde nur gesagt nein, weil man ja keine Massage gebucht hat.

Scooterverhuur, oude scooter zonder telefoonhouder. Hek was dicht toen ik na 10pm terugkwam. Ontbijt was matig, geen koffie americano. Prijs veel te hoog voor staat hotel
