Obiekt położony w pięknym miejscu tuż przy brzegu jeziora. Wiele atrakcji zewnętrznych zwłaszcza dla dzieci. Miły i pomocny personel. Pyszne jedzenie. Wybitne śniadania. Gorąco polecam. A dodatkowo cisza i spokój.

Fint äldre hotell, bra läge vid en sjö.

Cons:

Ganska slitet, sprucken toalettsits som satt löst, korridorerna luktade starkt av parfym oklart om det var från städmedel eller från personerna som fanns där.

Lokalizacja super, jezioro piękne.

Cons:

Przydzielony pokój dwa kroki od Sali zabaw, gdzie jest bilard itd. Jak można proponować taki pokój Gościom wiedząc, że w tym samym dniu jest autokar z wycieczką szkolną i sala zabaw będzie zapewne oblegana? Po interwencji pokój zmieniony, nie będę komentowała warunków, zgodziłam się, bo wolę względny spokój niż stół bilardowy "przy uchu".
Druga rzecz to basen - informacje o remoncie przychodzą post factum, gdy już nie można cofnąć rezerwacji. Czy właściciel zapomniał zmienić cenę noclegu wiedząc, że ma remont? Bo wydaje mi się, że cena jest zbyt wysoka jak na ten standard przydzielanych pokoi w hotelu BEZ basenu. Rezerwowałam nocleg w tym hotelu też ze względu na basen hotelu Ukiel reklamującego się nazwą Wellness&Spa. Dziękuję nie wrócę więcej.

Proponuje wcześniej zadzwonić do hotelu czy w czasie pobytu będzie remont czy nie. Bo dowiecie się dopiero po rezerwacji bez możliwości odwłoniania. Nie polecam.

Mały pokój, hotel wymaga modernizacji, średnie jedzenie w restauracji + 1 osoba obsługuje 20 stolików i bar, dzięki czemu danie niezbyt ciepłe, restauracja i bar czynne do 21, kuchnia po 20 nie przyjmuje zamówień.
Danie podobno wg Magdy Gessler, ale nie sądzę by je zaaprobowała
Ręczniki czyste, ale lekko poszarpane ze starości..
Są w Olsztynie znacznie lepsze hotele.
