Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja i sympatyczny personel oraz smaczne jedzenie .

Bardzo czysto, w całym obiekcie chłodno więc idealnie w te upały. W pokoju woda butelkowa i środki czystości, tv. Personel bardzo grzeczny i bardzo pomocny.
Pyszne obfite śniadania (szwedzki stół). Przepyszne pierogi z mięsem i skwareczkami, porcja "jak dla słonia" 😉.
Do centrum Żarek spacerkiem 15 min. W drugą stronę ok 20 min do rzeki Warta.

Cons:

Idealnie byłoby gdyby zamiast okien były wejścia na balkoniki.
Przydałyby się lepsze poduszki.

Dla dobra gosci przybywajacych do tego miejsca prosimy o renowacje pokoi goscinnych.

Przepiekne i dobrze oswietlone schody kontrastuja mocno z wnetrzem i ogolnym wystrojem pokoju, w ktorym spalismy. Sciany sa brudne, tapeta sie odkleja, okno i firany brudne. Pokoj byl przygnebiajacy. Czulismy sie wspaniale powitani i z radoscia wchodzilismy po schodach a po tym pokoj wydawal sie ponura nora. Lazienka byla czysta.

Zawsze mi się podobało w tym hotelu, miła obsługa

Ostatnio się zraziłem, gdyż odpływ prysznica był zatkany ( stąd nasuwa się pytanie, kto ten prysznic myje? że nie natknął się) drugi problem to źle zawieszona lampa w pokoju, na jednym kołku wyrwana

A nice place for a short getaway that won't break the bank. Super-friendly staff!
Pros:

The staff were great - very helpful and friendly. They really went above and beyond to help. I had a nice garden view from my small balcony. The room was very clean. Breakfast was basic, but tasty. Other meals I ate in the restaurant were very tasty.Good value for money.

Cons:

The only issue I had was wi-fi. It was good in common areas but the connection in the room was very unreliable. Reception offered to give me a different room, but the the two others I went into also had the same issue.
