Sauber schön ,badezimmer auch ok.

Das man für den motorrad parkplatz genausoviel bezahlen muss wie für einen pkw dachte der ist im preis includiert🥲

Чистый уютный отель с приветливым персоналом. Всё понравилось. Ехали в Краков, останавливались на одну ночь. У отеля удобное местоположение.

Cons:

Pobyt w tym hotelu był dużym rozczarowaniem. Personel sprawiał wrażenie opryskliwego i nieuprzejmego, a podejście do gości pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Już po przyjeździe spotkała mnie bardzo niemiła sytuacja z młodą panią na recepcji, która zachowywała się w sposób nieprofesjonalny i niekulturalny.

Sam pokój również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – wyglądał jak z poprzedniej epoki, był zaniedbany, a w środku unosił się zapach stęchlizny. Nawet pościel sprawiała wrażenie nieświeżej, co znacząco obniżyło komfort pobytu.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego hotelu. Nie rozumiem, na jakiej podstawie otrzymał 3 gwiazdki, ponieważ standard i jakość obsługi są zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań.
