Pros:

Estilo de decoração original, com tema do surf, muito bem concebido com piso social no rés do chão, quartos no piso 1 e piscina, solário e jacuzzi no terraço. Optimo lounge/restaurante, com comida excepcional, pequeno almoço fantástico. Quarto muito confortável, cama de sonho, casa de banho maravilhosa.

I did not enjoy the room as it felt too industrial and smelled like old sewage

The staff were wonderful. The restaurant and its staff also wonderful.

Cons:

The room smelled really badly. The bathroom smelled like urine and sewage that permeated the room.

Pros:

Ottima posizione, colazione a buffet abbondante e variegata, camere molto confortevoli con tutti i servizi necessari. Piscina in terrazza e jacuzzi riscaldata. Posto tranquillo, consigliato per chi cerca relax, una struttura affidabile, ben curata, con colazione inclusa. Parcheggio libero gratuito di fronte all'entrata.

Cons:

I servizi quali surf/yoga ecc. dipendono dalla disponibilità e programmazione in base alle persone iscritte.

Design, obsługa bardzo przyjazna i pomocna, pyszne jedzenie, dobra lokalizacja .

Cons:

Jak dla mnie trochę za miękkie łóżko, i pokoje od strony ulicy - hałas samochodów ale hotel jest przy drodze więc to nie jets niespodzianka .

Pena o mau tempo....
Pros:

Gostei muito da arquitetura do espaço, da decoração, da vibe e o stafff simpático e descontraído.O vento e o mau tempo não nos deixaram disfrutar do hotel e da cidade!

Cons:

Do quarto ter duas camas singles uma em frente á outra...e não paralelas.....e nem me apercebi na reserva caso tenham mencionado......

A letdown compared to the advertised expectations; poor service and overpriced for what is offered.
Pros:

Good facilities, great décor and the mattress.

Cons:

I travel very frequently and speak from experience when making comparisons.

What they offer is meager or poor considering the high rates they charge, more than 275 EUR05/night:

a) have such poor bathrooms in the rooms: very small (under 3m²), worse than lowcost budget hotels, and smaller even than Japan's "mini-bathrooms"; they lack privacy, hinder movement, and feature doors that make a lot of noise while your companion is sleeping or allowing sounds to be heard from neighboring rooms. The advertised photos of the bathrooms do not reflect reality!

b) be served a basic breakfast with a limited selection and no fresh bread.

c) not be provided with a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival, especially when temperatures outside exceeded 35°C.

d) fail to deliver the expected experience.

e) express our dissatisfaction without receiving any response or explanation from management, despite our repeated efforts.
