Pros:

Unbeatable location for those travelling by public transportation, as is hardly 100 meters from the central bus station. Downtown is no farther than a 5-10 minutes walk. And there is coffees, a corner store with plenty of fruit, vegetables and basic stuff, a small supermarket and a couple of nice Italian restaurants within five minutes walk. Staff was really friendly
