Foarte frumos totul!
Pros:

Pros:

Curat, este de apreciat acest lucru. Micul dejun a fost bun raport calitate preț. Hotelul este perfect pentru copii, au activități seara, in schimb locurile de parcare… ceva rau.

Cons:

Locurile de parcare, nu ai loc sa stai pe toaletă, dușurile umpic murdare ca au mazgă😞 la fel si piscina f murdara.

Pros:

Totul a fost super, personalul amabil, curățenie, mâncarea foarte variata ,muzica ma bucur ca ați îmbunătătit repertoriu, ascultam și cantam muzica cât mai variata toate genurile ,,și sa nu uitam doamna de la recepție foarte amabila. Mulțumesc vom reveni !

Pros:

Hotelul este curat si aerisit. Nu miroase a tutun ca in alte hoteluri. Am Luat camera in corpul 3 cu Camere superioare. Camera a avut vedere spre curtea interioara a hotelului. Camera curata, mancarea buna. La sala de mese am mancat cu tacamuri proprii pentru CA Nu am stiut daca au Masina de spalat vase. Mancarea buna, personalul amabil. Este Al doilea an in care am fost in aceeasi locatie. Nu am gasit un hotel Mai bun si Mai curat in Neptun. Per ansamblu o experienta buna. Muzica de la hotel se oprea la ora 22.

Cons:

Se auzea galagie pe hol. Multi isi lasau copii SA faca galagie pe hol.

- locatia aproape de plaja
- mancarea foarte buna (subiectiv, poate altii sunt mai pretentiosi)
- personal amabil
- programe pentru copii si adulti seara (doamna care canta seara un mare plus)
- spatiu de joaca pentru copii
- 50% reducere la sezlong pe plaja

Cons:

- parcarea. Pare o problema generala in statiune, eu am avut noroc sa gasesc in 30 min insa foarte multi erau suparati ca nu gasesc loc liber
- camera poate sa fie putin revizuita. Curgea apa din cabina de dus in interiorul la baie, usa din termopan nu etansa cum trebuie, tv la care nu functionau toate posturile tv)
- micul dejun poate fi mai diversificat
- sucurile de la all inclusive cam slab calitate
- deai am specificat la rezervarea pe booking ca am nevoie de o camera cu mai multa liniste pt un copil, am primit o camera fix in fata unui festival in care se auzea muzica pana la orele 23:00

Minunat. Recomand cu cea mai mare incredere.
Pros:

Micul dejun foarte bun si diversficat, la fel si pranzul si cina. am avut all inclusive, multe fructe, prajituri, inghetată, bar de zi sa servesti bauturi, gustari. piscina de copii exterioara un pic cam rece apa pentru copii mai mici, dar totusi ok. A fost peste asteptarile mele, cu toate ca am pretentii daca platesc un sejur sa fie ceea ce platesc. A fost peste asteptari.

Cons:

Mi-a plăcut totul. desi este un hotel de 4 stele cred ca fara nici o problemă ar putea trece la 4 stele. De la receptie până la plecare totul a fost excelent.
