Our stay was great.
Pros:

Room was clean, aircon was cold and near Sa Pa station and restaurant. We love the 24 restaurant near the hotel also. Room rates are affordable

Zero Hygiene. Absolute dirtiness. The room hasn’t been cleaned for ages perhaps. The bed’s springs stick out the frame!

Lovely staff and great location, just a shame the wifi doesn’t work!
Pros:

A lovely hotel stay in a great location, about a 10 minute walk into the heart of Sapa. The staff were lovely, and very accommodating to our 2am check in.

Cons:

The wifi didn’t work in our room and there was no service in the building either.

Quaint modern hotel close to everything!
Pros:

LOCATIOM! Literally close to everything! The mall, the Stone Church, the restos, shops, the lake!
A little fancier small hotel with an elevator --- that's a plus!!!
Staff art reception was very accommodating :)

Cons:

The room could be cleaner.
I think there are molds on the upper walls and some cobwebs.
