Unbeatable location!
Pros:

The location is the best possible. We didnt mind that there was no window looking outside since the view from the top of the building is amazing and the room was very comfortable. Also we really appreciated the comunication with the receptionist when our flight was delayed and we arrived in the middle of the night. The staff was accommodating and made the late check-in process smooth and stress-free.

Cons:

The only thing that bothered us was that, besides the location, we chose this hotel because it offered breakfast. Since we were leaving for trips early in the morning, having breakfast in the hotel was important to us. Unfortunately, we found out upon arrival that they do not offer breakfast anymore or at least during our stay they did not.

Pros:

Super hôtel très bien placé en face du lac.
On est venus deux fois, on avait un bus de nuit à prendre la première fois et l’avion tard le soir la seconde et à chaque fois on a pu se laver dans une douche privée de l’hôtel avant de partir. Le personnel est très accueillant. C’est top !

The hotel is in the perfect location, right next to the lake and the Old Quarter. The rooms are really clean, but the highlight is the service, which is exceptional.

Отличное расположение, приветливые сотрудники отеля, всячески нам помогали. У нас был номер без окна на улицу сначала, в последний день бесплатно поменяли номер с балконом, было супер!

Cons:

Двери деревянные, немного их повело от влажности.

Close to everything
Pros:

The location is excellent, right in the center on the lake, a stone’s throw from the puppet theatre and every thing in walking distance. Aircon was great and room small but functional. Staff very helpful with mostly good English language skills.

Cons:

We didn’t dislike it , but It would have been good to know that practically all rooms have windows to light wells only, absolutely no view and some with hardly any daylight. Since we spent our time mostly out, or resting between outings it didn’t matter.

Pros:

Le personnel était très gentil ! Ils nous ont laissé rester plus longtemps car notre vol était tard. L'emplacement est parfait à côté du lac d'Hanoï et des rues les plus intéressantes. Nous recommandons !
