Lack of hospitable people let down this beautiful hotel
Pros:

Clean and comfortable room. Value for money. Big swimming pool with amazing views.

Cons:

Reception staff were not warm and welcoming, seemed robotic. The free shuttle was not consistent and lacked organization.

Pros:

We had such a lovely stay at La Vela Saigon Hotel. The hotel is beautiful, modern and luxurious, and the room was really comfortable.

Beautiful place to relax and take in the city. The breakfast had a great selection with plenty of options, and everything we tried was delicious.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall it was a really enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend La Vela Saigon and would happily stay here again!

Pros:

breakfast had good selection, location was convenient to go into town was easy and aeon mall was within walking distance, pool was nice luckily they have 2 pools as main pool was under construction. the traditional costume for guests to wear and take photos was fun and good way to welcome guests, room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. staff were hospitable and helped arrange birthday cake for guest last minute.

1st time in Hue and will definitely come back
Pros:

We chose La Vela as it's a well known hotel brand and we didn't regret. Our Luxury room is spacious, well equipped, very clean. Bedding smells good, bed is big and comfortable.
The location is not very centered but they offer free electric motorbike for 6h/day.
Big appreciation for the staff, they are super friendly and attentive, always smiling and help us with the luggage.
Breakfast is fabulous with many choices that could suit everyone.
