Pros:

Всичко в хотела ми хареса. Стаите бяха лусозни, чисти и много просторни. Леглата удобни. Закуската беше разнообразна и вкусна. СПА зоната не е голяма, но достатъчна - разполага със сауна, парна баня и топли кресла. Персоналът изключичително любезен и усмихнат.

Cons:

Единственото, което не ми хареса, че басейните не са само за гости на хотела, а обществени! Бяхме през почивните дни там и имаше много хора, тази лудница не позволява никаква възможност за почивка и релакс. Ако знаехме тази съществена подробност, щяхме да потърсим друг хотел.

Sušač u kupatilu je 24 h na temperaturi 36-37 stepeni što je malo neprijatno za ove spoljne temperature.

Pros:

L'hôtel en soi, la chambre spacieuse avec les équipements à disposition. Sachant que nous nous y sommes rendus en plein pic, haute saison, l'utilisation des ascenseurs était simple et tout le temps seul. Allant des couloirs parfumés, on y voit que le personnel est attentioné et soucieux du bien-être de ses hôtes. Bref, propreté, commodité, disponibilité, et surtout le petit déjeuner très copieux et délicieux!

Cons:

Manque de transat , de banc pour les hôtes de l'hôtel lors de l'accès aux bassins.

The room was beautiful and clean. The aqua park is large, with plenty of pools to choose from. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety of food.

Cons:

The pools were very crowded, and the spa area was quite small. The bathroom amenities were rather limited for a hotel of this standard — there was no shampoo, hair conditioner, or dental kit, only shower gel.

Another issue was the parking. The hotel parking is also used by visitors to the aqua park who are not staying at the hotel, so it can sometimes be difficult for hotel guests to find a parking space.
