Pros:

Distance from the city center, the room was tidy and clean. The breakfast was also great

Cons:

If you are a hotel guest you will have to run to the pool to “reserve the sunbed for yourself” by 9:30 am , because there are other people visiting that are not staying at the hotel and no one is really telling you this until you find it out after you see no sunbeds available due to being taken by majority of the people buying daily tickets for the pool only. Hotel guests should have separate sunbeds from the people that are not staying at the hotel.

Odlično iskustvo uz razočaranje
Pros:

Odlična lokacija (10 min pješke od Centra), izuzetno čisto, uredno, odlična hrana, divan i fotogeničan interijer, sobe prostrane i rashlađene. Dočekalo nas je voće i vino (za svu pohvalu), lijep balkon, prostrana kupaonica, bogat spa program, noćno kupanje jedan veliki plus.

Cons:

Nažalost ne volim ostavljati negativne komentare, ali iskreno ono što nas je razočaralo i što je pod znak pitanja stavilo povratak u objekt je pojedino osoblje koje radi na recepciji (čast izuzetcima), ali jedno takvo nepoštovanje i nezainteresiranost za svoj posao, kao i neprofesionalno ponašanje prema gostima stvarno nismo još doživjeli. Smatram da jedan ovakav objekt ne zaslužuje imati radnike koji će otjerati, nego privući i zadržati goste.
Također jedan minus je i prevelika gužva u spa centru zbog vanjskih gostiju, ali je prednost što kao gost hotela možeš "rezervirati" ležaljku ostavljanjem osobnih stvari prije otvaranja spa zone za goste van hotela.

Pros:

Die Lage war ok.

Cons:

Das Hotel gehört zu den eher hochpreisigen Hotels in Serbien, bietet jedoch Tageskarten ausschliesslich für den Aquapark an. Dieses Angebot wird von sehr vielen externen Besuchern genutzt, sodass sowohl auf den Liegen als auch im gesamten Badebereich ein grosser Andrang herrscht. Hotelgäste geniessen dabei keinerlei Vorteile oder bevorzugten Zugang.
Darüber hinaus sind in den Pools zahlreiche Fliesen beschädigt oder gebrochen. Dies hat bereits zu mehreren Schnittverletzungen an den Füßen geführt. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse ist ein solcher Zustand wirklich enttäuschend und nicht akzeptabel.

Pros:

Doručak je bio dobar i raznovrstan. Soba je prostrana, a terasa velika. Bazeni su svi odlični, ali topli, što možda ne odgovara svakome.

Cons:

Na velikoj terasi bi trebalo postaviti suncobrane i obezbediti način za sušenje peškira.

Pros:

Breakfast has exceeded expectations, staff was amazing, pools as well. Even tiny details were perfect, we got a portable cot for our children and there were tiny mattresses for them, which are usually not included.

Cons:

The property is a bit old at this point, but this is just a minor thing, cleanliness was still exceptional.
