Pros:

We highly recommend this hotel! The location is excellent, very close to the city center and all the main attractions.

A special thank you to Ali, the hotel manager. He was extremely kind, understanding, and helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier and really went out of his way to accommodate our situation. His professionalism and hospitality made our stay much more comfortable.

Make sure you see the room before. I paid for a humid smelly basement that is not fit for a prison.

Communication was good. The owner was quick to respond.

Pros:

Отличное место для отдыха в Стамбуле! Чистый номер, очень близкое расположение ко всем главным достопримечательностям. Было тихо, удобные кровати, мы хорошо высыпались. Владелец Али очень приятный и доброжелательный, всегда был на связи и помогал в любых вопросах. Спасибо, рекомендую!

Pozitivní přístup personálu. Ochota radit a pomáhat cestujícím.

Cons:

Chybí odsávání koupelny, je trvale cítit odpadní kanalizaci. Zanedbané nejbližší oklí před vstupem do hotelu.

Close to Sultanahmet Masjid and Grand Bazar, and within Istanbul old city area.
Restaurants are also close by.

Cons:

Hotel should provide basic toiletries and make adapters available when required for international travelers. The owner of the hotel did give me an adapter, but he made a fuss out of it. He should keep couple of adapters in his hotel for international travelers.

Близко ко всем локациям. Рядом кафе, магазин. До метро - 30 минут. До трамвая Т1 - 15 минут. Уборка каждые два дня. Смена полотенец. При заезде был сахар и 2 пакетика чая. Нужно было блюдо и нож (купили арбуз), нам дали. Про крутую лестницу знали и были готовы.

Cons:

Не работал телевизор. Но это не критично, мы не за этим приехали. Из посуды было только 2 стакана. Но у нас все было с собой (ложки). Подушки неудобные.

Excelente ubicación e inmejorable calidad de atención y servicio.
Pros:

La ubicación estupenda, a 10 minutos a pie del centro, pero lo más valioso, la amabilidad y colaboración de Ali, este permitido optimizar mi tiempo al máximo y pasar unos días muy agradables en Estambul.

Cons:

Yo no tengo ningúna objeción. Lo contrario, cuando regrese tomaré este mismo hotel.

Отдыхали вдвоем с подругой с 12 по 21 мая 2026 года. Отель расположен в шаговой доступности от всех основных достопримечательностей Стамбула. Wi fi работал отлично. Все необходимое для пребывания в номере было. Отдельное спасибо хозяину отеля Али!!! С первых дней стал, как брат. Настолько внимательного отношения ранее нигде не встречала…На любую нашу просьбу реагировал моментально. Рекомендую отель! Сами, конечно не раз еще вернемся!

Отель простой но в тоже время очень комфортный и чистый. Хозяин Али бей душевный и очень гостеприимный человек. Огромное ему благодарность организовал трансфер и поделился советами.

Мне лично сложно было подниматься по лестнице. Но это связано с моим здоровьем.
