Средний отель с шумным районом и крутым подъемом
Pros:

Завтрак — шведский стол, не супер шик, но получше чем в дешевых отелях, нет каши. Персонал приветливый, комнаты стандарт, санузел новый, ежедневная уборка. Аптеки рядом, есть хороший продуктовый неподалеку, 7 минут идти до трамвая. В целом нормально.

Cons:

На ресепшене не говорят и не понимают по-русски, хотя было написано что персонал говорит на данном языке. Не подтвердили ранний заезд, хотя заявку подавал заранее - пришлось ждать и ходить по району, по итогу потом пришел отказ на 5 день проживания... Днем было очень шумно из-за людей на улице. Сам район напоминает какой-то рынок одежды. Чтобы выйти из отеля и куда-то дойти, нужно минут 5 подниматься в холм. чтобы дойти до метро надо идти либо 23 минуты, либо садиться на трамвая, после доезжать уже до метро и ехать в обратную сторону.

Café da manhã com poucas opções e, quantidade limitada de cada item. Acabou, você fica sem > Falta um lugar para pendurar toalhas, parece bobo, mas, as toalhas acabam indo para o chão

Pros:

Nous avons choisi l’hôtel Morava sur Booking en nous basant principalement sur sa note, et honnêtement, nous avons été agréablement surpris. Pour nous, cet hôtel mérite largement une meilleure note, car il est encore plus beau et agréable en réalité que sur les photos et que ce que l’on peut voir sur Booking.
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille. L’hôtel est très propre, les chambres sont modernes, confortables et bien entretenues. Tout était impeccable et nous nous sommes sentis vraiment à l’aise dès notre arrivée.
Un grand merci également aux trois personnes de la réception. Ils ont tous été incroyablement accueillants, gentils, disponibles et à l’écoute. Ils nous ont aidés pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin et toujours avec le sourire. Leur accueil a vraiment fait la différence pendant notre séjour.
Je tiens aussi à remercier particulièrement la dame qui s’occupait du ménage et préparait le petit-déjeuner. Une personne adorable, attentionnée et tellement gentille… vraiment comme une maman ❤️. Elle faisait tout avec beaucoup de soin et nous accueillait chaque matin avec beaucoup de chaleur.
Le petit-déjeuner était également une très belle surprise : varié, frais et avec beaucoup de choix. Tout était préparé avec soin et nous avons vraiment apprécié nos petits-déjeuners chaque matin.
En résumé, nous sommes très contents d’avoir choisi le Morava. Un hôtel propre, moderne, confortable, avec une équipe exceptionnelle et surtout un accueil humain et chaleureux.
Nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel, et si nous revenons à Istanbul, nous n’hésiterons pas une seconde à y séjourner de nouveau. ❤️

La ubicación está bien y el hotel está limpio, aunque deja mucho que desear en otros aspectos.
Agradezco especialmente a Mustafa por el trato recibido.

Cons:

A nivel organizativo es todo un desastre. Considerando que el nivel del inglés del personal es muy deficiente, hecho que dificulta mucho, la gestión de facturas ha sido una auténtica decepción.

Dobrá poloha kousek od tramvaje T1 i všech hlavních památek. Čisté pokoje. Pravidelný úklid. Snídaně jednoduché, ale dobré. Turecký čaj a káva 24/7.

Cons:

Nevím jestli je v Istanbulu vzácné mléko, ale nebylo celý týden a tak nebylo ani cappuccino ke snídani.
