Pros:

We lived at Zalel Hotel from 27 may, till 2 june, the service was perfect, we had really clean room with big bed, conditioner. Breakfasts were tasty.

The staff always cared about us and our comfort, tried to solve any problems, that we had.
Levent gave us a program for our days, so we visited the most tourist spots, restaurants. Also we had a program on the motor ship, it was really great.

Thank you so much for your service and help, we have lots of emotions from our travel and want to visit Istanbul again!

На пару дней нормально, если по работе ехать. Все рядом для закупа. Немного тесновато было. Но нас было трое. Для двоих хорошо будет.

Très bon emplacement, excellent personnels, mauvais nettoyage.
Pros:

Le personnel spécialement Sehmus, il nous a bien accueilli à notre arrivée, il était très serviable pendant tout le séjour, ils nous même réserver un taxi pour aller à l’aéroport avec un excellent prix sans demander une commission, vraiment gentil ce monsieur ( SEHMUS ).
Btw : un grand merci aussi à Timu, il gentil aussi et serviable.

Cons:

La propriété et le service house keeping, ils oublient toujours de remplacer le papier hygiénique, pas de bon nettoyage, les draps.

Удобное расположение: две разные линии метро, остановки трамвая и автобусов.

Cons:

Бронировала номер с двумя кроватями, мне представили номер с одной большой кроватью. Поменять не смогли, хотя накануне приезда прислали информацию, что такой номер мне предоставят. Было очень неприятно.

La ubicación bien y el desayuno muy correcto, el personal que nos atendió a la hora de desayunar también muy bien. En la recepción algunas personas también nos atendieron bien.

Cons:

El bañó los 5 últimos días de llenaba de agua, se filtrada de la pared, peligroso por lo que resbalaba.Lo dijimos dos veces en recepción, no nos hicieron ni caso. En la habitación del segundo piso, que daba a un patio de atrás, el ruido a todas horas de los aires acondicionados o chimeneas se hace difícil de soportar y descansar.
