Pros:

A very big improvement from the last time that I stayed here. They took notes and carry it out. Receptionist go above and beyond in attending my needs. The room and toilet are clean and comfortable. Better breakfast, very filling. For me I give this hotel a 9

После того как забранировал номер, написал менеджеру что рядом со мной будет дочка и спросил нужно ли мне дополнительно платить за нее, ответили что не до и просто приезжайте. Потом в рецепшне сказали что не мы это писали и на месте попросили заплатить дополнительно. Потом еще сказали в гостинице кондиционер не будет работать 2 дня. Только после того как подняли скандал включили ближе к ночи.
