Basic hotel in the Sapa center
Pros:

The hotel is very basic and the entrance is through a restaurant.
Although it's located on one of the busiest streets, there was no special noise from outside.
The room just covers the basics and it's quite outdated, but the bed is fine and the water pressure is good with enough hot water.
The communication through WhatsApp was efficient.
Obviously the biggest advantage is the location. Food, bars, massage places, all just a few minutes away.

Cons:

I arrived in Sapa at 6am and the hotel didn't accept an early check-in even 30 minutes before the standard time.
The staff can communicate only through a translator.

The place is at a good location. It is at the Central of town and walking distance to many places.
Pros:

The owner of the place is really friendly and helpful. Since Sa Pa was very cold during our stay, the provided us electric blanket to stay warm.

Cons:

The room was very cold. The invertered air cond was not strong enough to warm the room.
