Pros:

Я втретє приїжджаю у відрядження до Києва і втретє зупиняюсь в цьому готелі. Влаштовує місцерозташування. Зовміс поряд метро (в наш час - це велика перевага). Мені для звіту надали всі потрібні документи з готелю і дуже швидко. В готелі завжди тихо. Фото номерів абсолютно відповідають дійсності.

Cons:

Я не можу сказати що щось несподобалось, скоріше невеличкі рекомендації, на які б хотілось звернути увагу:
1. додайте сніданки до вартості номерів. Так щоб можна було вибрати на Booking замовлення сніданку і воно автоматично б входило в рахунок.
2. тримайте мілкі гроші для решти. Не було решти з 500 грн ( зараз це зовсім не велика сума і мають бути в касі 100 або 200 грн). На карточці не завжди є фінанси.
3. не кривіться, коли я говорю, що виїжджаю з номеру рано. Мені теж не хочеться вставати на зорі. Якби можна то я б залюбки ще поспала декілька годин, але в мене потяг і я не можу на це повпливати.
4. прибирання сміття в номері кожного дня. За 3 доби прибрали всього 1 раз. А смітничок зовсім маленький і виходило, що мені потрібно було або шукати додатковий пакет для сміття, або його залишати поряд з смітничком. Не приємно.

Очень достойно
Pros:

Отличный комфортный и спокойный мини-отель за бюджетные деньги возле ВДНХ.

Cons:

Нет парковки для авто, проблематично найти где-то рядом место.
Необходимо сделать ТО сантехники (в частности смесителей)

Pros:

Дуже-дуже зручні години заїзду і виїзду. Заїзд о 13:00 в саме серденько.
Чудовий персонал, максимальна допомога у вирішенні питань, дружне і доречне спілкування.
