Раджу керівництву звернути увагу на стан номерів та провести якісне навчання для менеджерів.
Cons:

ЯКІСТЬ НОМЕРІВ ТА КОМУНІКАЦІЯ ЗІПСУЄ ВАМ ПОДОРОЖ! Цей номер виходить вікнами на дорогу. Через низьку якість вікон навіть при зачинених вікнах через шум вулиці і авто в ньому неможливо знаходитись. Каналізація зламана і шум проточної води доповнює неможливість знаходитися там. Не говорю вже про сон

Менеджери вирішили, що це не проблема. І відповіли, що "завтра переглянемо варіанти для переселення", але я наполягла на переселенні, бо в номері неможливо знаходитись. Мене переселили в інший номер і фактично змусили доплатити за це. Замість декількох хвилин очікування - відповіли майже через півгодини. Номер виявився з обдертими стінами, сірими старими рушниками, ліжком з якого пружини вмивалися в тіло, збитими подушками з жовтими розводами. Для менеджерів це виявилось ок - і мені ставили в укір те, що я живу "в самому центрі Києва", а також, що я роблю бронювання через букінг бо так дешевше.

За 2 роки користування послугами Dayflat: від захвату в чистоті, естетиці, комунікації - до другої поспіль зіпсованої поїздки і перебування в номерах з рівнем хостела на вокзалі. Дуже не рекомендую цей сервіс в цілому! На поточний момент він став таким, який зіпсує вам час, настрій, комфорт і візьме за це 2-2.5к за добу. І проблема не в коштах, а в тому, що вони вважають, що клієнта має мовчати та закривати очі на це все. З чудового якісного комфортного сервісу - цей став ганебним та таким, який викликає відразу.

Pros:

в цілому все супер. Був бойлер, можна прийняти гарячий душ без світла. Ще був Обігрівач😀

Cons:

не бачила фен для сушки волосся, можливо був в тумбочці, але я якось не глянула

Красивый номер в котором приятно жить и хорошее местоположение

Cons:

Очень холодно было то-ли из-за аварий в инфраструктуре города но купили дуйчик чтоб можно было согреться так как маленького обогревателя который уже был прям очень мало

Pros:

Чисто, зручно. Опалення не було, але був обігрівач, тож було досить тепло. Білизна чиста, зручне ліжко.

Cons:

Замала ковдра, для зими краще, щоб їх було дві. Також не вистачало кавомашини, а так все добре

Pros:

Зручні апартаменти, є все необхідне, все в гарному стані. Чисто.

Cons:

В кімнаті зі стелі капала вода. Це повідомили вже після оплати і заселення. Не критично, але в таких випадках було б доречно дати гостю якусь невелику символічну знижку.
