Загалом готель залишив приємне враження.
Pros:

Номери просторі, комфортні, з гарним виглядом і загалом чисті. З плюсів — є ресторан і рум-сервіс: можна замовити їжу прямо в номер. За це додаткова плата - 90 грн. Обслуговування приємне, персонал ввічливий.
Із технічних моментів: у номері плазма без Smart TV — доступне лише звичайне телебачення.
У підсумку — хороший готель із комфортними номерами та сервісом, але є деталі, які варто було б покращити.

Cons:

При заїзді був нюанс із не дуже чистим унітазом, але на це швидко відреагували — одразу прийшла прибиральниця і все виправила. Є кілька моментів, які здивували. Враховуючи, що готель має спа-зону (басейн і сауну), у номері немає одноразових тапочок і халатів. Тапочки можна придбати на рецепції за 80 грн, але зазвичай у готелях такого рівня це входить у вартість. Також замість халатів пропонують лише рушники. А також, якщо захочете зранку спокійно поплавати, то знайте, що басейн орендують під індивідуальні та групові заняття з дітьми, тому спокою не чекайте. Також немає повноцінного верхнього освітлення, лише локальні лампи та світильники, що не завжди зручно.

Pros:

Восхитительный отель. Я в полном восторге. Я бы поставила все 5 звезд. Персонал прекрасный , все продумано до мелочей . СПА - это отдельная история …😍😍😍. В целом , только положительные эмоции. Смело можно сказать - европейский уровень . 👌💯

Cons:

Меня все устроило. Стоимость как по моему мнению не завышена , так как мне есть с чем сравнивать.
