Pros:

Неймовірні апарти. Все чистенько, затишно, чудовий матрац, швидка комунікація. Пралка з сушкою - спасіння після дороги. Навіть порошочок поклали) Варіації світла у кімнаті і ванній просто супер. Штора black out - обожнюю! Дуже раджу апартаменти. Купа деталей, які роблять перебування комфортним. Мікрохвильовка, чайник, чай, наче дрібниці але такі необхідні. І це самий центр але достатньо тихий куточок Києва )) Дякуємо Вам за комфорт)))

Cute, cozy room in spectacular central location with a great bomb shelter
Pros:

Adorable, small hotel-type room in an exceptional location just steps from Maidan Nezalezhnosti, the metro, and all the main sights of central Kyiv. While the room is quite small, it is very clean and well-designed with a nice shower, small kitchenette and sunny window bench. The hosts were excellent, always responded very quickly to any questions or issues.

The building also has an excellent downstairs bomb shelter, very unusual in Kyiv — the shelter is warm, very spacious and even has a bathroom. I brought a yoga mat and slept down there for a few major attacks, and it was very quiet and felt safe.

Cons:

Do be aware the room is quite small, perhaps slightly smaller than a typical hotel room. I stayed for nearly six weeks and while it was fine for the first week or so, by the end I felt very cramped trying to work from the room during the day. The walls are also quite thin, you can hear everything in the adjoining apartment, so perhaps wear headphones if neighbour noise tends to disturb your sleep.

Дуже зручне розташування. Знаходиться в самому центрі Києва. До Хрещатика пару хвилин пішки. Є парковка для машини.

Місцерозташування шикарне. Самий центр, але дуже в тихому провулку, тупікова вулиця. Кімнатка світла та охайна. Хоч і маленька, але там є все, що може знадобитися під рукою і не тільки.
Безключевий доступ однозначна перевага. Паркомісця +.
Наявність пральної та сушильної машини взагалі окрема вподобайка. Продуманий інтер'єр до дрібниць, різні сценарії освітлення на всі випадки життя.

Ще раз: місцерозташування ідеально, якщо вам треба подивитись увесь центр.

Так, трохи чути метро (не критично), та іноді булькає вода в раковині.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Отличное расположение. Заботливые собственники. Под квартирой укрытие (она на 1 этаже). Чисто, тепло, все необходимое есть. Заселение/выселение бесконтактное. В целом все хорошо

Cons:

Учитывайте, в данном доме подьезды с двух сторон. Квартира маловата, вдвоем как будто не хватало кислорода
