Pros:

The hotel is located on tenth floor of an apartment building. It is very clean, rooms are spacious, staff is friendly and open to suggestions. When I came, there was incidental electricity cut and the elevator wasn't working, which made it nice workout to walk to hotel and back ;) The power came back after two hours. I mention this as something to consider, although I do not know if this happens often or rarely. But I keep the highest notes for the hotel, because the staff took best effort to accomodate me in this situation, highly unfomfortable to them. They also wrote me a message apologising in advance, even though, clearly, it was not their fault.

Cons:

Noting that it is war time, you should be aware that during air alerts you may choose to go to the shelter, which is underground in the parking lot. If you walk, that's ten storeys down. Elevator is there, but I don't think it is a good practice to use elevator in emergency situations. (after the air alert is over, I would not mind using the elevator for going back). Just something to consider. Thank you Russia.
