SPA operates at daytime and evening rates.

• children from 6 to 12 years old — 50% of the tariff
• adults — visit at the standard SPA-center tariff

Prepayment conditions
After confirming the reservation, the hotel administration will contact you directly to agree on a prepayment in the amount of the cost of one night's stay.
Prepayment must be made within 1–3 days after booking.
In case of failure to make a prepayment within the established period, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

Pet Accommodations
The Zaporizhzhia Sich Hotel accepts dogs weighing up to 5 kg by prior arrangement.
Terms of accommodations with pets:
• 600 UAH — one-time payment for cleaning service
• 2,000 UAH — deposit in case of possible damage to property
In the absence of damage, the deposit is returned after departure.
In case of damage to property, the guest undertakes to compensate for the losses in accordance with the hotel's internal rules.

Хороший персонал, гарний номер. Брав з покращеним ліжком.
Доїзд до готелю проходить через будівельний майданчик. Сьогодні простояв 40 хвилин за 200 метрів від готелю, бо на дорозі розкладався кран і вантажне авто з будівельними матеріалами
На жаль, ніхто про таке не попереджав. Не мати змоги доїхати до свого готелю 200 метрів на автівці - це найгірше.
Сподобалось все ! Дуже приємний персонал , в номері було чисто .Сніданки смачні .

Не помитий умивальник,розводи на крані у ванній кімнаті,відсутність шумоізоляції в номерах ,шум і чути кожен крок сусідів
Відпочинок в готелі нам сподобася. Розташування готелю - все розташовано дуже близько, сніданки дуже смачні та різноманітні, дівчатка на рецепції все підкажуть, в номері дуже чисто. Залишились тільки позитивні враження, буду рекомендувати знайомим та самі б приїхали ще і не раз.

Номер у хорошому стані, компактний, але є все необхідне, затишно. Чисто, прибирають, постіль і рушники приємно пахнуть.
Сніданки у вигляді шведського столу були різноманітні, кухня смачна, хоча деякі страви пересолені. В цілому все добре і ситно.
Сервіс привітний. Окремий плюс за те, що можна залишити речі на зберігання, поки не заселився або вже після виселення.
У спекотну погоду без кондиціонера жарко, рятує хіба що відкрите вікно, але тоді о 5 розбудять півні. Також було б набагато краще, якби на вікні була штора.
Шлях до готелю — добратися не так і просто. Молодим людям це, звісно, нормально (додаткове тренування), а от старшим людям може бути важкувато йти вгору.
Але це все нічого, а от що найбільше зіпсувало настрій: все було гаразд, а при виселенні — бац і неприємний сюрприз, який дуже сильно псує загальне враження від відпочинку. Не всі люди знають, що таке мінібар і що снеки, залишені в холодильнику номера, — це платна послуга. МОЖНА Ж НАПИСАТИ НА ЛИСТОЧКУ ПОРУЧ ІЗ ХОЛОДИЛЬНИКОМ, ЩО ПРОДУКТИ В НЬОМУ ПЛАТНІ І ЗОВСІМ НЕДЕШЕВІ!
