Було дуже приємно та комфортно. Бистро вирішилось питання з пізднім заселенням. Дуже задоволений.

Категорично не рекомендую, жахливий сервіс

Cons:

Забронювала номер для своїх батьків у цьому готелі, люкс. Мало того, що не спромоглися навіть змінити постільну білизну на чисту для нових гостей, все ліжко було в чорному волоссі і м'яте (при необхідності є фото), пахло несвіжим, так ще моїй мамі довелося самостійно міняти собі постільну білизну вночі після тривалої дороги тому, що адміністратор сказала, що не вміє , а покоївки у них не працюють у ночі. Більше того на ранок вийшла інша зміна, де дівчина адміністратор на ім'я Альона звинуватила мою маму і довела до сліз своїм хамством у тому, що через таких гостей як вони, потім звільняють такий гарний персонал, і що можна було і потерпіти, промовчати і не підставляти зміну! Це як взагалі можливо за такі кошти ?? Презервативи також не повинні стояти на почесному місці разом із шоколадками та снеками. Валялась одна капсула кави. Також поставили в номер на двох дорослих людей 3! кондиціонера для волосся мін формат та один мініатюрний шампунь, це хіба є нормою? Страшно уявити , що діється в номерах нижчої категорії, і яке там відношення до гостей. Половина інформації вказана взагалі неправдивою в описі готелю. Готель і сервіс жахливі ! Не рекомендую, добре подумайте, перш ніж там зупинятися. Мої батьки покинули це місце через два дні через бруд і хамство персоналу , хоча бронювали на тиждень , і знайшли більше зручний , чистий і привітний готель .
