Plus que parfait
Pros:

Nous sommes arrivés à 3h du matin, on nous a reçu avec le sourire.
La clim fonctionne bien même si elle n'est pas toujours obligatoire.
Nous avons toujours été très bien reçus avec le sourire.
douches chaudes, chambre propre.
On a pu attendre notre bus de nuit dans la salle d'attente de l'hôtel au frais sur des fauteuils douillets.

Douche possible avant le bus.
Que du bon !!!

Staff đã hỗ trợ chúng tôi check-in sớm 10:00. Phòng đúng như quảng cáo, ban công view phố và góc hồ. Phòng sạch sẽ, dọn hằng ngày, Staff thân thiện. Vị trí gần trung tâm, yên tĩnh. Gia đình có những ngày nghỉ dưỡng hợp ý, Sẽ quay lại.

Hôtel parfait et staff au top!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at May Ho hotel. The staff was very attentive, and cleaned the room every day. Very clean and comfortable bedroom. Ideally located in the center of Sapa. Big thanks to the receptionists for their kindness. The room/bathroom are excellent. We were upgraded to a room with balcony for the last three nights, for free. Plus: the hotel kindly stored our backpack throughout the day after checkout and gently allowed us to take a shower before taking our night bus. Thank you for everything, we highly recommend.

Exceptional stay – highly recommend!
We had an incredible stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The room was spotless, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We will definitely be back!
