First vacation at Laaiplek Hotel.
Pros:

It was our first visit to Laaiplek Hotel and my wife and myself loved it ❤️ all the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed in room number 2 and it's big enough for 2 adults, when you open the patio door than you walk into the courtyard where you see your wooden table and braai facilities. We enjoyed the live music in The Ou Bar, from young, middle aged and seniors all friendly people 😀 it felt like we are residents of Laaiplek that's how friendly the people are. The cherry 🍒 on top was sitting in the cafeteria and eating breakfast you'll see alot of birds 🐦 flying over the river and in the evening flying back to where they came from the morning. Apparently the birds fly in the morning from the Salt Lake area to Elandsbay and Lambertsbay for fish 🐟 and return back home the evening. Watching 👀 the sunset 🌇 it's an amazing experience and the Ostriches also came out to play with each other. My wife and myself will definitely be back in Laaiplek in the near future. We want to take this opportunity to thank the following people 🙏

This gentleman made our weekend vacation unforgettable he helped us carrying our luggage to our room, he and another gentleman brought us a braai drum with all the braai equipment. Too much to mention what this young gentleman done for us to make our stay enjoyable, much appreciated 😊

Cons:

When a person shower with the door closed the water 💧 still find a way between the door and frame and makes the floor wet, we used our own towels and lay it on the wet floor so when we get out of the shower not to slip on the wet tiles.
I tried to switch the TV 📺 on with the remote but nothing happened, I called Sylvester and he swopped the remotes because the batteries 🔋 was flat.

Pros:

I absolutely loved the location , didnt have breakfast because we needed to be somewhere early the next day.

Cons:

I LIKED EVERYTHING, I JUST think it would be nice to have access to a microwave for when people maybe want to warm something during the night ( in the room )
