Ubicacion excelente, personal muy amable, apartamento muy limpio y comodo, la cocina con todos los utensilios necesarios.

Cons:

Contratamos con desayuno incluido, y una vez alli me he dado cuenta de que no valio la pena. En primer lugar, porque alrededor del hotel, hay muchos lugares para comer a precios accesibles. En segundo lugar, hay variedad de supermercados con una variedad inmensa de viveres para preparar el desayuno en el mismo apartamento y con muy buenos precios, y en tercer lugar, la variedad de desayunos que ofrece el hotel es muy limitada y es a la carta, con un sistema un poco engorroso, ya que tienes un monto limite sobre el cual van deduciendo, lo cual es no es practico y al final resulta desagradable.

Wonderful, clean, convenient, value for money, would definately be back
Pros:

For us travelling with two toddlers, the setup was perfect and so comfortable. Loved that the rooms were super clean and smelled nice and not outdated. Easy check in and on site restaurant and lounge rooms/working spaces are so convenient and close with great food and service. Amazing location with easy access to everything in the city. Close to the promenade for walks.

Cons:

one bedroom door inside the apartment didnt want to close properly.

Unmöglich dort eine erholsame Nacht zu verbringen, aufgrund der Bar im Hotel. Personal unfreundlich.
Cons:

Das Personal war unfreundlich und nicht hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer haben Fenster zum Gang raus und oben ist ein Restaurant/eine Bar. Bis tief in die Nacht wurde dort Party gemacht und man hat extrem laut die Musik und die Leute gehört. Es war unmöglich zu schlafen. Wir haben vier mal an der Rezeption angerufen und es hat nichts gebracht.
Beim Check-Out mussten wir unsere Koffer noch dort lagern, da der Flug erst abends ging. Man hat keine Quittung bekommen. Es wurde nicht alles Gepäck direkt zurück gebracht und wir mussten mehrmals nachfragen und warten, obwohl wir zum Flughafen mussten. Dann wurde uns verboten unsere Koffer dort nochmal zu öffnen und wir sollten das auf der Straße machen. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert diese Hotel.

Luxurious and comfortable
Pros:

Spectacular mountain views., Quiet at night for a good sleep. Location is near to cafes, restaurants & supermarkets. With 3 bedrooms and a big lounge, dining and open kitchen, it was wonderful as 4 of us had ample personal space. Washing machine was very useful.

Cozy comfort in Cape Town
Pros:

Location, service, facilities, safety, ease of shopping groceries, cleanliness, daily housekeeping - the team was super helpful when we couldn't start the dryer for our laundry. They even provided umbrellas to us for our walk around town on a washed out day.

Cons:

It would have been great to get drinking water bottles, daily without asking.
